Dear sir
Stashfin loan recovery agents are abusing me for repayment daily.
I'm Raj Parale from maheshwar
I want settlement but they are asking for a huge amount that I'm unable to pay.
I took only 3 thousands from this loan agency.
But now they are asking for 20k.
I will pay only the amount that they sanctioned me.
Please help me otherwise I will do suicide.

    I paid the amount 47979.05 to phonepay but amount is dedcted fron my card and the amount was not
    credtied to my phonepay account if i cheak my phonepay statement it says amount is refunded
    credited to your visa card. pleas cheak and solve the issue i send disput form to you and tranjection photos

      i send dispute form today

      i paid the amout of rs.98708.75 to phone pay pvt ltd, but the amount is dedcted from my
      card and the amount was not credtied to my phone pay account.
      If i check my phone pay statement it says amount is refunded credited to you visa
      card.
      However, if i check my card it is not credited to my credit card.
      Please check the same and intiate my refund to my card from your end

        I've paid the amount after I received call from customer support executive asking to pay the amount to close the account. Initially the payment was made to the stashfin account but as promised the loan account was not closed. And again I'm getting calls to pay the amount. Same is being reported everytime but the account is not being closed.
        Please help for this.

                My name is N.Pavan kumar reddy. I applied for a loan in stashfin on 14th May 2022 but the disbursal amount of Rs 8, 639 has not been credited to my account till date . I have even raised a Ticket( Ticket no: 729271) with Stashfin regarding this issue but still no action has been taken. I want to get my balance amount at the earliest.

                        My name is Archa Mohan. I had a credit builder loan with stashfin, in which I received the first installment amount initially and had to pay all the installments after which I will receive the balance loan amount. I have fore closed my loan with Stashfin on 6th May 2022 but the balance disbursal amount of Rs 5000 has not been credited to my account till date( 9th May 2022). I have even raised a Ticket( Ticket no: 723121) with Stashfin regarding this issue but still no action has been taken. I want to get my balance amount at the earliest.

                                Charged too much late payment charges

                                Hi,

                                I missed the due date and the next day I tried to pay the emi amount through app it is showing the charges of 1500 extra for an emi of 5491 rupees per month per one day.

                                I requested team to adjust the late charges and they replied to make the payment first then they refund the late charges amount.

                                After that I did but they are not responding for the refund amount....
