Stashfin not responding regarding my recent request, i have paid foreclosure but after that they told i am eligible for 5000 amount but while i am trying to take new loan it is throwing an error to upload closed loan NOC, error LOC_050.. please help me team

      My name is Archa Mohan. I had a credit builder loan with stashfin, in which I received the first installment amount initially and had to pay all the installments after which I will receive the balance loan amount. I have fore closed my loan with Stashfin on 6th May 2022 but the balance disbursal amount of Rs 5000 has not been credited to my account till date( 9th May 2022). I have even raised a Ticket( Ticket no: 723121) with Stashfin regarding this issue but still no action has been taken. I want to get my balance amount at the earliest.

        I have apply noc for my closed loan account I cantact StashFin app they have given on number I called that number they ask me oto I told the oto they have grants loan and immediately they have withdrawn 51178Rs form card please my phone number is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com

          Legal Notice sent to me

          I have Loan in Stasfin, I cant able to pay loans due to Covid positive and admitted to hospital these months so I cant able to pay I need 1 month time then after 1 month from June 10th I will pay as EMIs Kindly don't come home and scold us and also don't make Harresment calls

              Charged too much late payment charges

              Hi,

              I missed the due date and the next day I tried to pay the emi amount through app it is showing the charges of 1500 extra for an emi of 5491 rupees per month per one day.

              I requested team to adjust the late charges and they replied to make the payment first then they refund the late charges amount.

              After that I did but they are not responding for the refund amount....

On Monday[protected] at 9.17am i tried to withdraw money from SBI Atm serial number SSBL[protected]. but it failed and Money was not dispensed from atm. As I have attached the image of receipt which was printed by machine with TXN NO = 308
                    REFERENCE NUMBER =[protected]

                    But the amount 8200 was deducted from my account stashfin card with transaction I'd[protected]

                    I am chatting and raising ticket from 5 days I would like you solve my problem as soon as possible it's been hard on me and too stressful for me

                      मैंने स्टैशफिन की एप्लीकेशन में से ₹100000 की लोन ली थी जिसका 6 हफ्ता मैंने रेगुलरली टाइम पर भरा है बिना किसी लेट फि के पर कल मेरा एक ईएमआई था। क्योंकि जिस का अमाउंट मेरे अकाउंट में मैंने मेंटेन किया हुआ ही था परंतु फिर भी उन लोगों ने उस दिन मेरा ईएमआई काटा नहीं और दूसरे दिन मेरा भी यह मैं कटा नहीं और उस दिन उन लोगों ने ₹500 की 1 दिन की पेनल्टी लगा दी बिना किसी वजह के जब मैं उनसे कांटेक्ट करना चाह रहा हूं तो उसका कांटेक्ट नहीं हो पा रहा है कितने बार मैने ईमेल, मैसेजेस किए फिर भी उन लोगों का कोई आंसर मिल नहीं रहा है और मेरे अकाउंट में दिन-ब-दिन वह पेनल्टी लग जा रही है अभी भी मेरे अकाउंट में पैसा उसके ईमाई के लिए है ही फिर भी वह लोग काट नहीं रहे हैं और मेरे को पेनल्टी दे रहे हैं

                          My name is Sridhar My mobile number is [protected]. I have taken the loan from Stash FInance to increase my CIBIL score and they have give loan. As per the terms after all the EMIs were cleared I need to get 9000 Rs. Balance to my account. I have cleared all the EMI's and its already one month over. After I paid my last EMI i got a message stating balance amount will be credited within in 24 hours. But still not credited, I tried to contact customer care, sent 4-5 mails escalated the issue but still no reply Please help me I am in very bad condition.
