      Stashfin not responding regarding my recent request, i have paid foreclosure but after that they told i am eligible for 96653 amount but while i am trying to take new loan it is throwing an error to upload closed loan NOC, error LOC_050

      I HAVE BERN ASKING STASHFIN BUT STILL THEY ARE SAYING THEY ARE WORKING ON IT BUT NO ONE IS RESPONDING I BELIEVED AND PAID FORECLOSURE BUT NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.

On Monday[protected] at 9.17am i tried to withdraw money from SBI Atm serial number SSBL[protected]. but it failed and Money was not dispensed from atm. As I have attached the image of receipt which was printed by machine with TXN NO = 308
        REFERENCE NUMBER =[protected]

        But the amount 8200 was deducted from my account stashfin card with transaction I'd[protected]

        I am chatting and raising ticket from 5 days I would like you solve my problem as soon as possible it's been hard on me and too stressful for me

          मैंने स्टैशफिन की एप्लीकेशन में से ₹100000 की लोन ली थी जिसका 6 हफ्ता मैंने रेगुलरली टाइम पर भरा है बिना किसी लेट फि के पर कल मेरा एक ईएमआई था। क्योंकि जिस का अमाउंट मेरे अकाउंट में मैंने मेंटेन किया हुआ ही था परंतु फिर भी उन लोगों ने उस दिन मेरा ईएमआई काटा नहीं और दूसरे दिन मेरा भी यह मैं कटा नहीं और उस दिन उन लोगों ने ₹500 की 1 दिन की पेनल्टी लगा दी बिना किसी वजह के जब मैं उनसे कांटेक्ट करना चाह रहा हूं तो उसका कांटेक्ट नहीं हो पा रहा है कितने बार मैने ईमेल, मैसेजेस किए फिर भी उन लोगों का कोई आंसर मिल नहीं रहा है और मेरे अकाउंट में दिन-ब-दिन वह पेनल्टी लग जा रही है अभी भी मेरे अकाउंट में पैसा उसके ईमाई के लिए है ही फिर भी वह लोग काट नहीं रहे हैं और मेरे को पेनल्टी दे रहे हैं

                    My name is Sridhar My mobile number is [protected]. I have taken the loan from Stash FInance to increase my CIBIL score and they have give loan. As per the terms after all the EMIs were cleared I need to get 9000 Rs. Balance to my account. I have cleared all the EMI's and its already one month over. After I paid my last EMI i got a message stating balance amount will be credited within in 24 hours. But still not credited, I tried to contact customer care, sent 4-5 mails escalated the issue but still no reply Please help me I am in very bad condition.

                      Hi i have been asking for the settlement amount regards to my loan with you guys, but there is no proper response from your end also there is no replies for the mails aswell, You people are daily putting 10/- as a penalty for almost 700days its almost 10K to be paid now, Its completely unfair as i am ready to pay the emi and your system had an issue in it. Now you are putting the blame on me. You people are looting with customers. Amount i have borrowed is 1000/- now you are telling me to repay around 10K.

                        A person called me and asked me to register as the credit amount showed 2.90L and was same as a credit card but later only 30K got credited and from past 1month he saying the rest will get credited which was 2.11L based on his conversation recently and told me that through their company he has loaded my card with that 30K and the rest will get updated and once it will get updated 30K will go back to the available amount shown but till date it’s not gone and from May 1st it will start getting converted to emi which cannot be stopped this is a cheating case and a fraud made by the agent just to cover up his target. I want strict action to be taken on the company and the agent

                          I had taken a loan and i missed the payment by 3 months then i contacted to stastfin executive and we both got agreed on settlement or closure of loan by paying 3000
                          And then i paid the amount but the overdue amount is showing on stashfin app then i again contacted to them they started asking for the overdue amount and kept harassing me they are not closing the loan i have proof of everything as screenshot and call recordings
                          Stashfin is doing fraud with people
                          Please look into the matter
