I got a loan from stashfin of ammount 20000, but due to my health condition, and leaved from my job, i cant repay my emi, but i am paying smaller ammounts in parts, but they sent me notice to pay, and told me they will file criminal case, Is something i made crime?

    They never mentioned that this is an offer and all they approved a loan amount of 3000 from which i got only 1500 and i have cleared the EMI and paid if i receive remaining 1500 amount then only i can pay EMI other wise why should i pay if i have not received money first send me the remaining 1500 then i will pay EMI otherwise i will not pay.

    I have not received the pending amount and they are saying to pay all the EMI but i have paid the EMI of 1500 which i have got then why should i pay remaining EMI before getting the amount now loan procedure says to pay first EMI then you will get money if i would have money then why should i apply for loan.

        I have applied the loan in stashfin and it approved for 3000 and in the evening they sent a message that 2970 has been sent to your bank account but i got only 1500 and i called to customer care they said that pay half of EMI from 3000 they you will get i have paid the half of EMI but still amount is not received and its showing to pay EMI.

          I am not able to load my card or transfer fund and its showing error saying that i have pending loans. But i paid all the emis even upto May 2022 emi. However still it it showing error. Pls rectify the error so that i can use the card further

            EMI payment/Error code 403 logging problem

            Trying to login into StashFin Application for paying my emi's repayment but showing login problem "error code 403" Daily I'm trying to login into the Application showing "error code 403" again and again. I tried uninstalling & installing the Application also but nothing work same again error code 403.

            I'm irritated now of this issue because every day I get sms from stashfin to repay the dues.
            And day by day the penalty...

            My StashFin loan is already approved and all previous dues are cleared. Recieved NOC as well for same. But every time I try to load the card it’s showing the same error LOC_006.
            There is no contact number to raise a complaint, the chat support is very bad and even after I received a call from one of their executive who assured that it will be resolved in 24 hours, I still am not able to load the amount into my card. Now it has been more than 5 days since I raised a complaint and requested a resolution of the issue. I’m in urgently need of this approved amount at the moment.

              I haven't received confirmation on closing of my loan application which i don't want to continue because StashFin have never mentioned their interest rates and terms before disbursement of first payment. This is clear case of cheating.

                Lender Details :- Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited
                I have applied for a personal loan of 18000, also received approval messages and disbursement message of proposed loan amount on my registered mobile number on [protected].
                I haven't received money till date, not only that the money they are going to transfer to my account is 11207/- and EMI 3000/- for next 6 months (18000/-).
                They are charging 7250/- as just interest charges.
                Even I have paid 600 rupees for the loan approval but still I haven't received loan money till now it's being more the 3 days since I got the message of loan disbursed and in the application future EMI are generated and showing as due payments. THIS IS REDICULOUS WITHOUT GETTING LOAN THEY ARE NOW ASKING TO PAY EMI'S.

                            Hi,

                            I had applied loan in stashfin app and i got a mail and message saying that the money has been disbursed on 1th of December, when i saw my account i could see no money being credited. And when i checked the app i could see the bank details of my account has been changed to akara capital advisors pvt ltd emi escrow account. I tried to talk to customer care wia chat and their only response was to wait for the disbursement, i have all the supporting documents from email to message.

                            Please this is been happening with all why isn't there any response from the authorization.

                                  Hi till date I have been paying all my EMI amount on time but for this month I couldn't because I lost my job and the salary is kept on hold and will be paid with final settlement only after 45 days. But this stashfin is charging higher late payment charges and it's going beyond my payment limit. For a loan amount of 3500 if the late payment charges is 6000 total it would be 9000 and should I pay for it.. I just took 3500 and I need to pay 9500 it's not at all possible. Please stop adding fines I will clear everything by next month.

                                    Charging higher late payment charges

                                    Hi till date whenever I have borrowed money from Stashfin I have paid the EMI on time but for this month I couldn't pay because I recently changed my company and so salary is on hold and will be disbursed only after 45 days with final settlement. But the late payment charges are increasing day by day and for a middle class person like me it's like a burden to pay such hefty fines. Please stop calculating late payment charges I will clear...
