I am Pattupogula Ravi.My stashfin Customer Id Number is 950350 and my CIN No is U74110DL2016PTC290970.My stashfin loan Amount is cleared on 14/12/2021.In cibil report it was showing overdue only.Please update it in cibil and send me a no due certificate through mail.I attached my payment with this.

Updated by RaviPattupogula Its more than 15 days completed till i paid the loan with interest.still in my cibil it was showing overdue and also suit filed in that.So that i was losing my job also please update now it self in cibil and then send me no due certificatethrough mail

Need to closed account as I'm not satisfied with stashfin services, have raised multiples complains for the issues I'm facing since 29th november but no response at all. On Every transaction I'm facing error or failed transaction.
Have used only 10k intead of 30k but my due amount is 30k even I wanted to pay full amount on due date which I was used till the date.

Request you to plz waived off all the charges, take your money back and close this account

I took loan from stashfin.
After talking to their customer officers
We settle the loan replay amount. They send me link for settlement payment.
I have recording too .

In the talk they clearly said that after paying the amount you don't have to pay any other amount in future.

But after repaying .
They flip with their commitment. Now they call my contacts and mentally harrse me .
I am going to file a complain with the prove of payment and recording.

sir iam khandavalli sivakumar my reg num is [protected].. i take a loan from stashfin due to so many fraud loan apps i met with financial problems and due too coronaa i unable to pay ur loan on timee.. but afterwards i cleared it.i take a loan of 6900 and i paid it sir but in credit report it showing that suit filed... plzzz sir plzz change it to no suit filed beacause it effect my future jobs sir... plzz sir help us i[censored] dont change it suicide is the only way for me sir

I got loan Rs, 1650 one year before, now they asked 12000, i asked for settlement waiver amount, they said pay 2000 that they will close loan, but asked again 1000 to close the loan, again i paid but still not reflected in app, now i mailed to grievance.[protected]@stashfin.com

This company is totally fraud they approved mh laon on 15 dec but my amount is still not credited and they statrted counting there days on 15 dec why shoud i pay there emi if i dont got there money i also paid there membership fees all fakes fraud complaint do not download the app

I am not interested your card but not requirement your loan.
I am not doing paid all emi 2463/- because I am not interest your card and not use card amount.
I am very harassment your customer care service and your app customer service. I do contact long time your customer care app. & contact number but not respons.
I don't agreement sigh & wrongly click my child your card.
I request you please withdrawn your card amount otherwise I will complian RBI under guideline.

They never mentioned that this is an offer and all they approved a loan amount of 3000 from which i got only 1500 and i have cleared the EMI and paid if i receive remaining 1500 amount then only i can pay EMI other wise why should i pay if i have not received money first send me the remaining 1500 then i will pay EMI otherwise i will not pay.

Updated by Sujith kumar143 I have not received the pending amount and they are saying to pay all the EMI but i have paid the EMI of 1500 which i have got then why should i pay remaining EMI before getting the amount now loan procedure says to pay first EMI then you will get money if i would have money then why should i apply for loan.

I have applied the loan in stashfin and it approved for 3000 and in the evening they sent a message that 2970 has been sent to your bank account but i got only 1500 and i called to customer care they said that pay half of EMI from 3000 they you will get i have paid the half of EMI but still amount is not received and its showing to pay EMI.
