Trying to login into StashFin Application for paying my emi's repayment but showing login problem "error code 403" Daily I'm trying to login into the Application showing "error code 403" again and again. I tried uninstalling & installing the Application also but nothing work same again error code 403.

I'm irritated now of this issue because every day I get sms from stashfin to repay the dues.
And day by day the penalty are going up because of payment problem.

My Cibil score is also going down for this reason.

Please do something about it.

How can I pay if the application is having a problem. Not working properly having server or software issue for logging into the Application. Without logging into the application I can't pay.

Which is making me very sad.

It's a Humble request to you guys to resolve this issue and let me relax.
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible for me.
I'm fully dependent upon you guys.
Hope you will make it sooner.

    My StashFin loan is already approved and all previous dues are cleared. Recieved NOC as well for same. But every time I try to load the card it’s showing the same error LOC_006.
    There is no contact number to raise a complaint, the chat support is very bad and even after I received a call from one of their executive who assured that it will be resolved in 24 hours, I still am not able to load the amount into my card. Now it has been more than 5 days since I raised a complaint and requested a resolution of the issue. I’m in urgently need of this approved amount at the moment.

      I haven't received confirmation on closing of my loan application which i don't want to continue because StashFin have never mentioned their interest rates and terms before disbursement of first payment. This is clear case of cheating.

        Lender Details :- Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited
        I have applied for a personal loan of 18000, also received approval messages and disbursement message of proposed loan amount on my registered mobile number on [protected].
        I haven't received money till date, not only that the money they are going to transfer to my account is 11207/- and EMI 3000/- for next 6 months (18000/-).
        They are charging 7250/- as just interest charges.
        Even I have paid 600 rupees for the loan approval but still I haven't received loan money till now it's being more the 3 days since I got the message of loan disbursed and in the application future EMI are generated and showing as due payments. THIS IS REDICULOUS WITHOUT GETTING LOAN THEY ARE NOW ASKING TO PAY EMI'S.

                Emi is also deducted from my account and stashfin app still show emi with overdue is pending I want solution for this otherwise I ll go with consumer court

                    Hi,

                    I had applied loan in stashfin app and i got a mail and message saying that the money has been disbursed on 1th of December, when i saw my account i could see no money being credited. And when i checked the app i could see the bank details of my account has been changed to akara capital advisors pvt ltd emi escrow account. I tried to talk to customer care wia chat and their only response was to wait for the disbursement, i have all the supporting documents from email to message.

                    Please this is been happening with all why isn't there any response from the authorization.

                      My name is Satish Gaurishankar Garoda and my mobile number is [protected] from Ahmedabad I have applied for stashfin virtual credit line card 8 October 2021 transection I'd is[protected] and amount is 15000 I have not received any card and money is not credited in my bank account however stashfin employees ask me to pay emi and reported to cibil all day they call me and ask for pay emi.

                        I have took loan of 40000rs and which I have paid 2 year with EMI of 2300, without any gap after COVID time I couldn't make EMI..I approached for Moritorium but you people not accepted..now I can see day to day you guys putting interest and asking me to pay for 80000 ..

                          Hi till date I have been paying all my EMI amount on time but for this month I couldn't because I lost my job and the salary is kept on hold and will be paid with final settlement only after 45 days. But this stashfin is charging higher late payment charges and it's going beyond my payment limit. For a loan amount of 3500 if the late payment charges is 6000 total it would be 9000 and should I pay for it.. I just took 3500 and I need to pay 9500 it's not at all possible. Please stop adding fines I will clear everything by next month.

                                  My name is sushilkumar mane.i have cleared stashfin loan and i get NOC from them on dated may 15th 2021. but still Akara capital which is lender of stashfin is reflected as active loan in my CIBIL report. my cibil score get affected. i have attached details for more referance.

                                        I did not buy anything by using this credit line card but it was showing available credit is zero, but used credit amount is 20000, but till now I didn't buy anything using this card, for not using the card why I want to pay EMI from next month. If possible cancel my virtual credit line card. Or give details clarification
