I have take a loan of Rs.5, 00, 000/- EMI amount of Rs.17222/- EMI Debit for the every month dated:08 but currently company is all ready TWO EMI Debit from our saving account Detail are mention below:
1. 08.10.2021 amount of EMI 17222
2. 22.10.2021 amount of EMI 14874 (Please refund my extra EMI from your side)
Kindly clarified why debit two EMI debit our account. Company is fraud and mental harashment me. I will take further action in court.

        My StashFin loan was approved last week. But every time I try to load the card it’s showing the same error LOC_006.
        There is no contact number to raise a complaint, the chat support is very bad and even after I received a call from one of their executive who assured that it will be resolved in 24 hours, I still am not able to load the amount into my card. Now it has been more than 5 days since I raised a complaint and requested a resolution of the issue. I’m in urgently need of this approved amount at the moment.

          Charged overdue amount even after EMI is deducted

          I have been paying EMI's every month, also paid EMI for the month September 2021 and October 2021 but they have charged me Rs.500 as overdue which I'm not aware of that. I have been raising complaint on stashfin app but no one is responding also they're adding Rs.1 each day....

          Thank you for harrasing my all the contacts 40+ contacts received call for my loan faliure where I already spoke with one of your outsourced agent from Mumbai. My reputation is completely destroyed and only option left is me with end it once and all this is not my complain this warning for others that harrasment can take lives.

            Hello Sir,

            I have paid a amount of Rs.8626 on 12th Oct 2021. As per your words you said that Loan will be closed after paying this amount. but you did not do that. and apart from that you are calling me again and again.
            that is not acceptable.

                  I have applied for online card on fourth October and completed all the necessary documents as per app it should be done in 2 days and I would have received my card by now but it's more than. 7 days I have not received any response not a single mail regarding this, and I have raised 3 tickets for support but each ticket say we will contact you in 24 hour its more than 72 hour I have not received a single response

                    I am stashfin customer.i pay all my dues before time..after that they approve 10000 loan ammount in my stashfin card.almost 10days whenever i want to load my card it always shown error code (LOC_006).They did not give any resolution..any customer support analyst my issue..i realy need this money as emergency purpose.they did not care about there custome.i raise many ticket it always shown 24 hours we contact with you..but no one contact with me.i realy trust on this app because i use it around 1yaer..they never be disappointed me.now this time i feel like trouble..this is like a harasment for a customer..i want to get a resolutio to resolved my issue as soon as possible

                      मेने 5 हजार का लोन लिया था लेकिन मरी आर्थिक परेशानियों के कारण चुकाने मैं दो महीने का विलंभ हो गया। फिर मेरे पास कंपनी का फोन आयाऔर बोला गया की आप अगर 6200 रुपया मतलब 5 हजार रुपया लोन की रकम एवं 1200 रुपया ब्याज की रकम जमा कराते है तो आप की लोन की फाइल बंद कर दी जाएगी आपका लोन क्लोज कर दिया जाएगा। मेने पूरा रुपया जमा कर दिया लेकिन फिर भी मुझे रोज फोन करके बोलते है की आप और पैसा जमा कराइए जोकी आपकी Due Days का है, वरना आपके खिलाफ कानूनी कंप्लेन की जाएगी।
                      अब जब मेने इनके Executive के केहने पे Rs. 6200/- जमा कर दिये है इसके बाद भी मुक्षे नये-नये नम्‍बराें से फोन करके धमकी दे रहे है की अगर आप जमा नही करते हो तो कानुनी प्रक्रिया किया जायेगा।

                      कृपया मेरी मदद कीजीये।

                          I have a stashfin card in which i have 17500 card limit but i am not able to load tht amount to my card. I already raise a concern abt tht issue but there is no response from there more thn 24 hrs. Also they have no customer care number. Pls resolve my issue.
