Issue of EMI not set as agreed.
The last loan set in my card is showing for 3 months. I have not agreed the EMI for 3 months.
My EMI has changed from 10, 900 to 14, 841 there is no way I can pay this.
Because of this incorrect amount was tried through EMI and I have been charged bounce charges.
I am also struggling with financial situation and your people are not helping me with this.
They are constantly worrying me. I have shared and sent emails but to no avail, u have received no reply, I have made payments but I am being told payment has not been received. I have shared copy of my bank statement. I am being insisted for a PDF statement which is not available online.
Please help me with payments still which are missing amount is 7, 500 and 4, 500.
