I have paid entire loan amount but I have not received NOC.

Sar main stashfin akara capital ka pura loan de chuka hun fir bhi mere civil account mein account opening active show kar raha hai jiski vajah se mera CIBIL down ho raha hai please sar account close karva do thank you sir mera registered number [protected]

i tried to do fund transfer and load card i am getting error code loc 006 kindly assist me in this regards.

I take the loan but right now I am totally in bad situation to pey the loan amount but i gave the time to pey on 1st December but they don't accept my date. The harrassed me and my family and my contacts to extreme level of harassment. So i want to request you please look at my matter as soon as possible

I applied for a loan in the stashfin app and after submitting all the documents, they sent a mail telling my loan is approved but not pay me any amount in my bank and also started emi.

and i paid the loan amount also. But in my CIBIL REPORT its showing
SUIT FILED as on date not updated.
And its impacting my CIBIL REPORT as a defalt customer
I request you to Please change the loan account as CLOSED

Avijit Mazumdar [protected]. Loan closed by my side 3months ago. But still open in my cibil score. For this problem I can't take my new job.

I had taken a loan from Stashfin in November 2018 of INR 108553 and in October 2019 of INR 22500, But recently I checked my CIBIL where amazingly found that some DMI Finance loan is showing instead of Stashfin.

In my cibil overdue and DPD's are reflecting and it is badly impacting my cibil. From last two months my financial condition is not good and also there is a medical emergencies in my family. I was applying for loan with the banks and they have rejected it due to the overdue and DPD's.

However checked with DMI Finance for the loan they informed me that they are the indirect lender of this loan and they have reported the cibil as per the reporting by stashfin.

Even after paying all the emi's during COVID-19 where every one is impacted, I got this result from Stashfin (Akara Capital Advisors (RBI Registerd NBFC).

I tried connecting Stashfin (Akara Capital Advisors (RBI Registerd NBFC) but unfortunately they don't have any email id and which I got from DMI Finance that email is not working. I've raised a ticket through their website on[protected] but no revert from them yet.

They have mentally harassed me and in my bad days due to their wrong reporting. I am not eligible for any loan to fulfill the medical emergency. If something bad was happened due to financial issue where actually I'm eligible but only because of bad cibil updation my eligibility is finished.

Also my One loan is finished on[protected] and now I'm getting messages to download the invoices named 'collection efficiency fees'. What are those invoices I don't have any idea. I even mailed them to clear this to accounts email id but as usual no response.

Just to remind them that the issue is not yet cleared. However I've posted this complaints to RBI, PG portal, consumer forum and to Pmo as well and soon I'll send a legal notice to them for this metal torcher.

Now I want them to clear my cibil immediate and compensate me for this mental harrasment.
