My 2 gift card of Amazon and Flipkart is not received please Help...

I have a stashfin card in which i have 17500 card limit but i am not able to load tht amount to my card. I already raise a concern abt tht issue but there is no response from there more thn 24 hrs. Also they have no customer care number. Pls resolve my issue. I urgent required tht amount Guide Me Please I'm tried texting to Customer care but Nobody response many times.

Again siting some reason he committed 2020 to deposit so that loan ll be closed.

Nw he is telling he has not committed.
This type of fake news drastically reducing confidence.

As one of stashfin loan collectors assured me that my loan will be closed if I pay 2100 hundred against my outstanding amount and I did so but loan is not closed yet and other loan recovery agents calls me frequently and abuse me i have voice recording all of them.
I have been so much disturbed that i cannot bear anymore this kind of mental torment...

Issue of EMI not set as agreed.

The last loan set in my card is showing for 3 months. I have not agreed the EMI for 3 months.

My EMI has changed from 10, 900 to 14, 841 there is no way I can pay this.

Because of this incorrect amount was tried through EMI and I have been charged bounce charges.

I am also struggling with financial situation and your people are not helping me with this.

They are constantly worrying me. I have shared and sent emails but to no avail, u have received no reply, I have made payments but I am being told payment has not been received. I have shared copy of my bank statement. I am being insisted for a PDF statement which is not available online.

Please help me with payments still which are missing amount is 7, 500 and 4, 500.

Wrong app fraud log me pi ki wife hu pura app ka vatt laga dungi loan diya bhi nhi or paise le liye emi bhi show kre faltoo log turant bund karva do nahi to company nahi rahegi tum log li

I took loan through Stashfin Credit line Card service.
Sanctioned amount was 193587 INR.
Used amount was 126435 INR.

I made complete payment on 19th July and asked them to close the loan and give me foreclosure letter.

Stashfin reported obligation of 126435 INR under the name of Akara Capital and under two categories, ie credit card as well as Personal Loan. In my CIBIL report one single obligation...

I was applying in stashfin app for loan today my loan complete but the amount is not recieved in my acount amount received another acount how this possible this is fraud with me

I have limit of credit which I am trying to transfer to bank but every time it's showing error. Not able to contact any member for help.

I took a loan from Stashffin. I have been regularly paying my dues, but due to COVID-19, and financial issues I was unable to pay for the past 3 months, I had managed to pay in the month of August. But now from Stashfin, they have filed a suit in my CIBIL and also they are calling the people whom I have never mentioned in the reference and they are asking if they can speak to me. I did not receive any calls and when I do and I ask them why did they call them they just simply put the blame on an agency, and they can't even say the name of the agency that is calling.

If Stashfin is able to access those contacts and calling them, it clearly states that they are accessing my phone contacts which is illegal.

Also, when I speak with the agent (Navin) and his supervisor, they just want to know if I am making the payment and not worried about this fraud. The Supervisor even told me we can't do anything if the agency is calling. we cannot ask them to stop.

I want to know why are you accessing my contacts and I want to file a lawsuit against Stashfin.

Also, I will be taking this up that they yell and use profanity in the calls while calling and doesn't even see if a female is responding to the calls.

This has been going for the past 1 month.

My loan account (ending with 9174)
with application number SEKR[protected] open on 25-04-19 and closed on 04-05-19 is still showing active on my cibil as defaulter and suit filed. When I am requesting for NOC through your Stashfin app, I'm receiving only mail of Noc without the NOC attachment. It's been 2 years of complaining still no action has been taken from stashfin. I am going to file an FIR against stashfin on 25-09-21 if no action taken by your team. Stashfin team also stopped replying to any of my chats on stashfin app from last month.

As my loan amount was approved on[protected] and they informed me amount was disburse but It was not credited yet . So there is no question for repayment. If you need I send account statement also.

I have taken a loan from Stashfin and almost 16 EMI has been debited automatically. Since 2 months they are telling that there is some issues from my bank end and unable to debit the amount. They are asking to pay it manually for current month and the issue will be fixed. However the issue is still not addressed and there is no customer care number and also the grievance redressal officer number is invalid and nobody is helpful to me since 2 months. They send threatening message that the Cibil will be reported. Please guide me what step has to be taken. They even don't have regional office in Bangalore and they are not even responding to my emails

Stasfin ne kise or ka loan mere cibil mai report kar diya or vo loan overdue hai or mera cibil khrab kar diya jiss mai mai bahut pareshan hua. Inki galti ki vajeh se mera cibil khrab ho gya or jiss mai bhi maine loan apply kiya inki vajah se mera loan reject ho gya jis ke karn mujhe mentaly harassment kia sahmna karna pada mera kam par iss ka bura asar pada. Ticket no 498043 inki vajeh se mujhe bahut pareshani hue jab ki maine inse koi loan nahi liya fir bhi mere cibil mai overdue dikha raha hai. Ese galtia karte hai jis se dusre bande ka career khrab ho jata hai. Bahut gair jimedari vala kam kia hai inhone. Kise ki life kahrab kar dete hai ye

I have taken loan an amount of 4850/- from stasfin company.
All the loan amount has been paid by me, but the bank system of a nationalized bank shows the due of amount of 4850/-
Kindly resolve the issue with immedeitaley effect.
