I have applied for online card on fourth October and completed all the necessary documents as per app it should be done in 2 days and I would have received my card by now but it's more than. 7 days I have not received any response not a single mail regarding this, and I have raised 3 tickets for support but each ticket say we will contact you in 24 hour its more than 72 hour I have not received a single response
Very bad service, don't make fun of people who trust you, I'm really disappointed and I'm worried that you guys are going to make fun of my situation,
I request you if you have humanity left in your veins, kindly inform me whether I will get card or not so that I can manage my finance and get myself a clear vision

    I am stashfin customer.i pay all my dues before time..after that they approve 10000 loan ammount in my stashfin card.almost 10days whenever i want to load my card it always shown error code (LOC_006).They did not give any resolution..any customer support analyst my issue..i realy need this money as emergency purpose.they did not care about there custome.i raise many ticket it always shown 24 hours we contact with you..but no one contact with me.i realy trust on this app because i use it around 1yaer..they never be disappointed me.now this time i feel like trouble..this is like a harasment for a customer..i want to get a resolutio to resolved my issue as soon as possible

      मेने 5 हजार का लोन लिया था लेकिन मरी आर्थिक परेशानियों के कारण चुकाने मैं दो महीने का विलंभ हो गया। फिर मेरे पास कंपनी का फोन आयाऔर बोला गया की आप अगर 6200 रुपया मतलब 5 हजार रुपया लोन की रकम एवं 1200 रुपया ब्याज की रकम जमा कराते है तो आप की लोन की फाइल बंद कर दी जाएगी आपका लोन क्लोज कर दिया जाएगा। मेने पूरा रुपया जमा कर दिया लेकिन फिर भी मुझे रोज फोन करके बोलते है की आप और पैसा जमा कराइए जोकी आपकी Due Days का है, वरना आपके खिलाफ कानूनी कंप्लेन की जाएगी।
      अब जब मेने इनके Executive के केहने पे Rs. 6200/- जमा कर दिये है इसके बाद भी मुक्षे नये-नये नम्‍बराें से फोन करके धमकी दे रहे है की अगर आप जमा नही करते हो तो कानुनी प्रक्रिया किया जायेगा।

      कृपया मेरी मदद कीजीये।

          I took a loan from your app 10000 in it I first met 1502 in my bank account on 8th december and then your app stash fin showing that you will make all emi payment then you will be disused 5000 in your account
          And 21th January i paid all emi but still not receive any update

              I have a stashfin card in which i have 17500 card limit but i am not able to load tht amount to my card. I already raise a concern abt tht issue but there is no response from there more thn 24 hrs. Also they have no customer care number. Pls resolve my issue. I urgent required tht amount Guide Me Please I'm tried texting to Customer care but Nobody response many times.

                      Hello
                      As one of stashfin loan collectors assured me that my loan will be closed if I pay 2100 hundred against my outstanding amount and I did so but loan is not closed yet and other loan recovery agents calls me frequently and abuse me i have voice recording all of them.
                      I have been so much disturbed that i cannot bear anymore this kind of mental torment...

                          Issue of EMI not set as agreed.

                          The last loan set in my card is showing for 3 months. I have not agreed the EMI for 3 months.

                          My EMI has changed from 10, 900 to 14, 841 there is no way I can pay this.

                          Because of this incorrect amount was tried through EMI and I have been charged bounce charges.

                          I am also struggling with financial situation and your people are not helping me with this.

                          They are constantly worrying me. I have shared and sent emails but to no avail, u have received no reply, I have made payments but I am being told payment has not been received. I have shared copy of my bank statement. I am being insisted for a PDF statement which is not available online.

                          Please help me with payments still which are missing amount is 7, 500 and 4, 500.

                                    I took a loan from Stashffin. I have been regularly paying my dues, but due to COVID-19, and financial issues I was unable to pay for the past 3 months, I had managed to pay in the month of August. But now from Stashfin, they have filed a suit in my CIBIL and also they are calling the people whom I have never mentioned in the reference and they are asking if they can speak to me. I did not receive any calls and when I do and I ask them why did they call them they just simply put the blame on an agency, and they can't even say the name of the agency that is calling.

                                    If Stashfin is able to access those contacts and calling them, it clearly states that they are accessing my phone contacts which is illegal.

                                    Also, when I speak with the agent (Navin) and his supervisor, they just want to know if I am making the payment and not worried about this fraud. The Supervisor even told me we can't do anything if the agency is calling. we cannot ask them to stop.

                                    I want to know why are you accessing my contacts and I want to file a lawsuit against Stashfin.

                                    Also, I will be taking this up that they yell and use profanity in the calls while calling and doesn't even see if a female is responding to the calls.

                                    This has been going for the past 1 month.

                                      My loan account (ending with 9174)
                                      with application number SEKR[protected] open on 25-04-19 and closed on 04-05-19 is still showing active on my cibil as defaulter and suit filed. When I am requesting for NOC through your Stashfin app, I'm receiving only mail of Noc without the NOC attachment. It's been 2 years of complaining still no action has been taken from stashfin. I am going to file an FIR against stashfin on 25-09-21 if no action taken by your team. Stashfin team also stopped replying to any of my chats on stashfin app from last month.
