I already paid amount of Rs 1862.60
On 15th July 2021 but not close my loan account.

Amount is daily increasing also I'm getting harassment calls from stashfin guys day by day.

I also sent mails to grievance. [protected]@stashfin.com. no reply also.
Also I already raised complaint on this side. But they are not able to search me. Pls see above given details by me.

Also I already raised ticket on their official side also. No reply

Completely harrassing me day by day. Also getting messages of legal actions n all.

I am saying that guys that check my transaction I'd but they never listen to me. Saying that they don't have option to check. So what they have option only calling calling and calling.

Pls check my details here and close my account on primary basis.

    Money is not disbursed in account till now

    Unable to load money in my stashfin card and unable to load money in my bank account please resolve my problem as soon as possible from 3 weeks I don't get any response from stashfin complain...

    Unable to load money in card and unable add money in my bank account

    I am unable to add money in my account or unable to add money in stashfin card I had complained to stashfin but they didn't give any response from 2 week...

    My amazon Voucher of 500 is not received which I buy from redeem Stashfin Cash, then voucher Section is showing blank also the amount of 500 Rupees is not dedicated but a service charge of issuing for the gift voucher is deducted why I need to withdraw the money as a gift card please help me in this problem my registered email id is

      Error Code LOC 050

      I am not able to add funds in my account or cards. I have sufficient funds in my account.

      I have messages many times but still I am get any reply from your side....

        The loan was approved around 5 days ago and said it will be disbursed in 72 working hours. It's been way more than that. No updates from them nor any money

            Hi I have taken 2 loans in the past and closed too. None of the information has been updated in Cibil.

            Reference ID for my recent loan disbursal is reference ID SEHK[protected].

            But I have taken 2 loans earlier and paid back and I haven't received NOC and the same is not yet uploaded in Cibil also.

            Do let me know when will it be uploaded in cibil or I might be forced to reach banking ombudsman against all these malpractices.

              Hi, my name is Sumit Kain, i took an amount of Rs. 44000 from StashFin and return in within a month. But today i.e. 0n 6th Sept. 2021, StashFin convert my amount into EMI in Rs. 16000 approx. and try to deduct from my account even after making a full payment on or before time. When calling to customer care IVR responses that i no credit/loan running and on other hand they are deducting my EMI which bounces due to insufficient balance in my account. And now the best part is they are showing as double amount with details of Bounce.

              This obviously going to affect my CIBIL. Loan taken and repay on time is done to reduce problem not to create problem for us. Their is no response from their customer care even after making so many complaints online.

              Waiting for this issue need to resolve soon in the form of reflecting my payment and not to affect my CIBIL score.

                    I am trying to load my Stashfin card since since last 2 days and its not happening. I have tried reaching out to their customer service team via email, raised a ticket and also used their useless chat services where I think they only have bots.

                    The issue has still not been resolved and nobody has reached out to me from their team. They do not have a customer card number as well.

                    I am in need of this money since...

                    I am trying t to contact them from last 5 days and they are saying in just chat that they will contact me in 24 hour but i am not getting any call from there. and issue is still same. it's already 5 days. 2 times they said issue will be resolve automatically in evening but nothing happened. still facing issue. error code LOC 006. and the worst part is they are not responding....

                      It's a Scam, I have raised several issues it's been more than 4 days still my funds are not Disbursed but the app is still showing your LOAN is approved and will be disbursed within 72 hours.
                      I mailed you people no but no reply came.. it's fine if you don't want to give e LOAN just don't play with people time..
