      I have taken a loan of amount Rs 41000 and I had already paid rs 5600. I know there is some delay in my payment because i have no job and i am not getting my salary properly. now today recovery agent asking for 13000 amount for closing my loan account. i have not that much money please help me out.

                    Payment Completed Loan account not closed

                    I already paid loan amount rs 1862.60 on
                    15th july 2021. But not close my loan. Amount daily increasing in system day by day and i am getting harassment calls from stashfin guys. Although I provided my reference id and all to that guys. They are continuously disturbing my mind. I also checked it with my bank customer care services. They also told me amount debited that day only

                      I had taken loan of Rs 5000 in 2020. I don't remember the month. Since I was late I paid 4000 in the month of January, then I paid 4500 since I was late in payment. I paid in month of February. I had mail many times with details in Stashfin support. But I am not getting any response.

                          A data breach or digital tresspassing app. Assuming, you aren't in emergency using for necessity, you violate the privacy of another person, that person will feel the same way you feel violated if your phone is accessed.
                          Term access can mean many things. Physically or using a software, bare details etc.how you accessed can make you liable for legal action civil or criminal.

                          I applied for a loan from this (StashFin) mobile app and then the emi got delayed due to certain reasons. After a while I repayed the amount which was requested by the company via payment link. They have still not updated the dues on their system and I am receiving text messages on my phone to pay the debt. Please look into this issue and help me....

                          I took a loan of 1.5 lac in Stashfin and EMI's are paid on time auto debited from my account and i foreclosed the loan on 10th February 2021

                          and also i recieved the NOC

                          But In CIBIL credit report the loan account is active and it shows there is balance and amount overdue which is very incorrect and they have been doing this for many months.

                          I have raised multiple disputes previously in CIBIL but there is no change and tried contacting Statshfin they are not responding and DMI finance says its an issue with Stashfin.

                          It's becoming a big issue for me, No one is helping me.

                          Please someone take strict action on DMI finance and Statshfin and please resolve the issue immediately.

                          Please update correctly in CIBIL. its showing wrong data in CIBIL report as in the screenshot

                          This issue has been going on since Feb 2021. almost 6 months now. you have ruined my cibil score. i need to get it resolved immediately without delay otherwise i will take legal actions again you. this is the final chance i am giving.

                          i have sent many emails and raised many tickets in Stashfin but no use since 6 months. and also i have raised disputes in CIBIL. but no resolution in 6 months. on the other side DMI finance is saying its issue with Stashfin and you are not responding to my issues. every month DMI finance is updating amount delayed and overdue and you are just doing nothing.

                          Look at the screenshots below. the loan is closed on 10 Feb 2021. in CIBIL report, its showing still amount overdue and EMI delayed with DMI finance account and loan is active.

                          I will have to take serious actions on you. resolve the issue in very high priority basis.
