    I have taken a loan from Stashfin and almost 16 EMI has been debited automatically. Since 2 months they are telling that there is some issues from my bank end and unable to debit the amount. They are asking to pay it manually for current month and the issue will be fixed. However the issue is still not addressed and there is no customer care number and also the grievance redressal officer number is invalid and nobody is helpful to me since 2 months. They send threatening message that the Cibil will be reported. Please guide me what step has to be taken. They even don't have regional office in Bangalore and they are not even responding to my emails

      Stasfin ne kise or ka loan mere cibil mai report kar diya or vo loan overdue hai or mera cibil khrab kar diya jiss mai mai bahut pareshan hua. Inki galti ki vajeh se mera cibil khrab ho gya or jiss mai bhi maine loan apply kiya inki vajah se mera loan reject ho gya jis ke karn mujhe mentaly harassment kia sahmna karna pada mera kam par iss ka bura asar pada. Ticket no 498043 inki vajeh se mujhe bahut pareshani hue jab ki maine inse koi loan nahi liya fir bhi mere cibil mai overdue dikha raha hai.         I have taken loan an amount of 4850/- from stasfin company.
        All the loan amount has been paid by me, but the bank system of a nationalized bank shows the due of amount of 4850/-
        Kindly resolve the issue with immedeitaley effect.

        All the loan amount has been paid RS.12534 by me, but the CIBIL STATUS shows the due of amount RS .4682 PENDING OVERDUE

                        Dear Team,

                        i have made the full payments to Stastfin accounts, and still the accounts are showing as outstanding since May 2021 on Cibil in the name of "DMI Finance" . I have dropped multiple emails and raised multiple tickets them many times but have not got any proper update . I am really tired following up since many months . Everytime i get reply that we are working but still its not updated. Because of this my score has been dropped to 795 to 600 in cibil and Equifax /Experian are now reporting my score to low

                        Kindly rectify or else will go to labour court

                          Hi, my name is praveen kumar, i took an amount of Rs. 1500 from StashFin and return in15 days But today i.e. 0n 13th Sept. 2021, StashFin convert my amount into EMI in as 2500 to be paid still emi pending . and try to deduct from my account even after making a full payment on or before time. When calling to customer care IVR responses that i no credit/loan running and on other hand they are deducting my EMI which bounces due to insufficient balance in my account. And now the best part is they are showing as double amount with details of Bounce.

                          This obviously going to affect my CIBIL. Loan taken and repay on time is done to reduce problem not to create problem for us. Their is no response from their customer care even after making so many complaints online.

                          Waiting for this issue need to resolve soon in the form of reflecting my payment and not to affect my CIBIL score.

                              Amount is daily increasing also I'm getting harassment calls from stashfin guys day by day.

                              Also I already raised complaint on this side. But they are not able to search me. Pls see above given details by me.

                              Also I already raised ticket on their official side also. No reply

                              Completely harrassing me day by day. Also getting messages of legal actions n all.

                              I am saying that guys that check my transaction I'd but they never listen to me. Saying that they don't have option to check. So what they have option only calling calling and calling.
