    I had taken personal loan from stashfin and I repaid it. But it shows active in my cibil score. Due to that my cibil score get poor.so please deactivate it and improve my cibil.

        I took a loan from Stashfin and due to Covid I am unable to pay EMI as I lost my job. I asked the agent to give me sometime and as I have exhausted all my savings to pay them EMI during lockdown.Everyday they call me from different numbers and threaten. Not only this the agents are super rude and everytime they contact they are very disrespectful. I understand that EMI is delayed but that is no reason to threaten or use foul language. During lockdown when they denied for moratorium I without any argument paid my EMIs, so I can expect a little cooperation from the company as well. Harassing is never a solution specially when people are already hit bad because of pandemic

          I have seen a Cibil Enquiry Dated 10/11/2020 from Akara Captital on My cibil Report while recieved a message dated on above mentioned date about a pending loan application with Link provided by you on my number.

          This is to state that I have not applied for any loan or intrested for any service from your end. Have Raised a Cibil Dispute with Consumer Court Complaint being Filled as we communicate.

          Please if any details pertaining to below mentioned name and number to be viped from your databases with removal of Cibil Inquiry at the earliest.

          If not resolved will be allowing my attorney to file a complaint against your firm without further delay.

            I already cleared the amount you asked me to pay now yor team is saying this and that you paid after 12 you need to pay before 12 pm like this lame excuses. My loan amount was 3000 and i paid 3825 now i need to pay extra 2400 for what? Clear this issue ASAP.

According to the Reserve Bank of India nobody charged penalty and overdue during moratorium period. Stashfin hit my credit score.                           Harassment and Defamation

                          Hi,

                          I have taken a loan from Stashfin but because of Covid I lost my job and was not able to pay the EMI. They started calling continuously from random numbers and used foul language.
                          They also got access to my contacts and started calling my friends and relatives, defaming me and harassing them which is not appropriate and illegal.

                          Requesting you to help me with this issue as I'm trying hard to arrange...

                          What is the overdue charge and late payment charge .and what is loan amount .it is very fraud .I have done the payment .fully I need immediately to close the loan. Otherwise i have to go to court .I have full evidence is there .your app sending text msg for payment link for only loan amount after that it is shown in 6700 rs .what is this I have all proofs is there so kindly need to removal all charges

                            I Nishant Kumar took loan from this company Loan ID SENK[protected]
                            This companys collectiom agency or they are harrasing me by calling my relatives and saying that i am a fraud where as i am going through a financial crunch due to covid and i cannot pay at this time since april my emis havent gone before lockdown my payments were always on time but now because of covid-19 as i have lost my job i have overdue but this company since June has called my relatives multiple.times and now i am suffering from covid and their employee abhishek gurjar is saying that sir payment bhi doge aur besti bhi hogi aapki islie better hai kardo payment...when i am asking for 14days more to complete my overdue.

                                I obtained a loan of Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand Only) from your organisation on 20th March 2020. But due to lockdown imposed by the Government to pursuit COVID - 19 pandemic, I have been unable to pay the interest (EMI) regularly. Now I came to know that legal proceeding has been drawn against me to recover the loan. And it showing in my CIBIL.
                                I am ready to repay the loan with interest which is due towards your organisation and settle the issue forever.
                                Therefore, I request you to send a copy of the present details of my liabilities as well as the mode of payment. Please assure me that I will get the NOC from your side as soon as possible after the payment.
