    ...I purchased a Amazon gift card through stashfin App on 21.10.2020...of Rs. 20000...but when I load that card into Amazon only Rs.10000 is added...when i try again...it's show you already use this gift card...I have received Rs.10000 gift card in place of Rs.20000... i don't no whether it is mistake or you do it willfully ..plz look into this matter, ..As soon as possible...for any details plz contact me on this no.       Dear all,
      i have taken line of credit from stashfin and i was paying emi every month . the mail id i have registered with stashfin is indiamail that is permanently closed and also my bank account closed due to employment lost . i have sent so many mail to stashfin team but they never responded after thet in march lockdown happened due ti corona and i lost my job so i couldn't pay but since last three month i'm paying my emi every month 9th day but this month i couldn't pay because i have no employment but today they started calling to my phone cintacts illegally now i have no choice except to go for suicide . they harrased my immage in my contacts . thy called my contacts from this number [protected].
      please resolve this otherwise i'll mwntion mr lalit from stashfin mob number is [protected].
      at the time of giving loan thy never told that they have access of my all phone contact now they are doing these kind of thing .
      please look into this otherwise ill do whatever but only stashfin team and his employee mr lalit will be responsible for anyact which i do because my insult in public .

        To whomsoever it may concern.
        Despite my last complaint, no resolution has been provided yet, however, due to this lockdown and being unable to pay EMI on time, now collection agency executives have accessed all my contact details from my phone contact book at the time of application download and now they're using abusive words and calling on my personal contacts.
        Firstly, the company has failed to resolve a single error of wrong credit, 2nd there is no customer care number to talk to, nobody listens only they call from numbers without incoming facilities. 3rd now they're disturbing my personal contacts.
        Calling and disturbing like this is unlawful and illegal and, I have records of such calls and mental torture to us.
        I don't know how the company functions at all. They're like Vasooli Gang.
        I'm filling a complaint against the company and collection agency for this disturbance, illegal contact access and not resolving wrongfully credited amount.

          This is kind information that i searched your bangalore office address in padmanabhanagar and as well as you have updated in google Bangalore address at 460 opposite to fern hill apartment hsr layout teacher colony(upadyay sangha) they said that your office has shifted to some other place. Next i went to jakkasandra side near wild grass apartment from there also office has shifted. I hardly search 4hours for your office. I needed your Bangalore...

                    Hello Team,

                    I have not taken any loan from stashfin but still they have reported one loan (account number 26413) on my CIBIL report.
                    My pan card was issued in the month of january 2018 but they have reported the loan of year 2017 in my cibil report.

                    How could I take a loan without pan card in the year 2017. I have contacted multiple times to the customer service of stashfin regarding the same but they are not ready to remove my loan account from my cibil.

                    What should I do now? They are even not sharing the details who has taken the loan. Forcing and threatening me to pay the amount.

                        Dear Team,
                        I'm surprised how you guys function as a team, only time you seem active and contacting a customer when you have to ask for repayment.
                        I have pending dues to pay and due to lockdown and financial downfall I couldn't. And your company has added enough charges. Anyways, my concern is, I'll pay as soon as possible but before that I'm asking for a single resolution.
                        In March, April and May 2020 there are 7000, 7000 and 4500 credited to my stashfin loan account.
                        My question is- when I had no credit left, how and when did these transactions happen?? 18500 is wrongly credited and I haven't even used this amount and you're adding emi charges and extra amount in my name.
                        Before any payment request kindly resolve this issue from my stashfin app.
                        I've recordings and screenshots of all transactions.

                            Hi Stashfin,

                            I have an active account with your company and haven't used yet, but these days I was looking for an loan and was go through the Stashfin process, but while loading amount I was getting an error code- LOC_049.

                            So i spoke with the customer care of Stashfin and they were trying to resolve this error and for the same asked to share the last 3 months bank statement along with the NOC of previous loan closed.

                            Than later in the evening I see that there is an email from Stashfin that your loan has been approved for the sum of Rs- 2, 000, 00 for the 3 years period with monthly EMI of Rs-7847.

                            How come without my permission they can do this, this is serious matter and being on a less paid job, I can not pay back this much amount and that too with this high rate of interest.

                            There is no customer email address for this company and no number to contact them, only option is to chat and that too with limited options.

                            There is a ongoing ticket number for this- Ticket ID : 337502 and haven't received any update on this matter.

                            Kindly close this loan amount, as I won't be paying anything for the same not even the processing charges for this loan application.

                            Please help me on this matter sooner the better, I am not able to focus on anything just because of this ongoing issue.

                              I have tried to raise a ticket in your app a hundred times now and not getting any kind of response from anyone. Is your team sleeping or they just don't care or stashfin is a fraud company who never responds after paying the whole amount? I'm seriously extremely angry seeing that this how your company treats their valuable customers.

                              I borrowed loan of 3000 /- in the month of March, now I paid 5000 you guys added intrest of 25% my guess extra for it and still it is showing 3000 pending?
                              And you guys keep looting public this way?

                              In which way did u charge 5000 extra for just 3000 money borrowed ?
