Hi Stashfin,
I have an active account with your company and haven't used yet, but these days I was looking for an loan and was go through the Stashfin process, but while loading amount I was getting an error code- LOC_049.
So i spoke with the customer care of Stashfin and they were trying to resolve this error and for the same asked to share the last 3 months bank statement along with the NOC of previous loan closed.
Than later in the evening I see that there is an email from Stashfin that your loan has been approved for the sum of Rs- 2, 000, 00 for the 3 years period with monthly EMI of Rs-7847.
How come without my permission they can do this, this is serious matter and being on a less paid job, I can not pay back this much amount and that too with this high rate of interest.
There is no customer email address for this company and no number to contact them, only option is to chat and that too with limited options.
There is a ongoing ticket number for this- Ticket ID : 337502 and haven't received any update on this matter.
Kindly close this loan amount, as I won't be paying anything for the same not even the processing charges for this loan application.
Please help me on this matter sooner the better, I am not able to focus on anything just because of this ongoing issue.
