To whomsoever it may concern.
Despite my last complaint, no resolution has been provided yet, however, due to this lockdown and being unable to pay EMI on time, now collection agency executives have accessed all my contact details from my phone contact book at the time of application download and now they're using abusive words and calling on my personal contacts.
Firstly, the company has failed to resolve a single error of wrong credit, 2nd there is no customer care number to talk to, nobody listens only they call from numbers without incoming facilities. 3rd now they're disturbing my personal contacts.
Calling and disturbing like this is unlawful and illegal and, I have records of such calls and mental torture to us.
I don't know how the company functions at all. They're like Vasooli Gang.
I'm filling a complaint against the company and collection agency for this disturbance, illegal contact access and not resolving wrongfully credited amount.
