I have one loan running from Stasfin, due to some unavoidable circumtances, my few EMI are bounced, pending. But assuring them that I will pay all the dues with interest, but give me some time.. ( mailed them that pls reduce my EMI amount and extend the duration), so that I can pay the EMI's. I have paid one EMI on June'20, July not paid, and assuring them that within 2-3 days will pay one more EMI. but they said that this is not possible, you have to pay EMI today only, they have issued legal notice against me, and said that your loan will be closing...
Collection agent of same loan provider called me continuously and shouting in front of rented house...
you are requested to kindly help me regarding this. I lost my job, and EMI payment had been discontinued due to this only. But will pay all the payments definitely. I am a family person sir, can't handle so much pressure...
Please help me sir, trying to pay dues as soon as possible...

Sir maine bahot bar completed ki ki muze march mahinese moratorium manga magar muze moratorium nahi mila aur har mahine ecs bounce hots gaya har mahine 500 rs bounce charge lagta gaya aur apne penalty lagai vaha alag cibil kharab kiya o alag jab covid-19 ke mahamarise puri duniya ladra hi kuy ki sabko paise se badkar sabki janki parva kar rahe he aur stashfin hame paresan kar rhi he....

Sir maine march mahinese moratorium manga he magar apki company sayad rbi ke guidelines ko follow nahi karti he. Had government ne covid-19 se bachane me liye 22 march se lockdown ghosit kiya vobhi 31 jule tak. Aur rbi ne bhi moratorium ke liye announced kiya tha 1 march se lekar august 31 tak fhir bhi apki company ne muze moratorium nahi diya aur mera cibil bhi kharab kiya....

Sir mai march mahinese moratorium mang rahahu fir bhi abhi tak ap ki company ne muze moratorium nahi diya. Sir issa kuy....

Stashfin loan still active in cibil report after the all dues paid, plzz I request to close the loan, it's been 6 months I had paid the loan

Clear My loan is 1000rs I am paid 1250rs full paid but they are showing dues 2650 rs and impact my credit score is low because they are showing pending my loan amount in all credit reporting

I am taking loan iin month of fabruary and then after lockdown started and then i am unable to pay emi and there was no any option to take moratorium and today on date 29/07/2020 they are calling me to pay emi and i will say i will pay emi 07/08/2020 but they are not ready to listen and they are started calling my all mobile numbers which are save in my mobile and i am also compain in mail but i am not any recieve any reply then after i will compalain in rbi if they are not stoping the usning my data i will compain in cyber crime...

Sir mane march mahinese moratorium manga he. Muze abhitak moratorium nahi mila. Aur aur har mahine chek bounce ho raha he es vajhase mera account -2988 me chala gaya he. Aur mera cibil bhi kharab kardiya kay apki company rbi ke guidelines ko follow nahi karti. Muze bataiye sir thanks....

I want to close the loan and i don't have any contact details to discuss it, i want a correct and appropriate number where i got solution. The company have my details to contact me through mail or call, i want to close this card

Sir muse March se lekar abhitak moratorium nahi mila jabki 22 march se covid-19 ki vajhase government ne lockdown kiya huva tha. Aur RBI ne bhi 27 march ko moratorium ke liye declares kiya tha. Kay Apki company RBI ke guidelines ko nahi manti. Aur mera cibil bhi kharab kardiya....

I already cleared their entire amount and late fees too. It being 2 months now. Still this thing is showing outstand due on my cibil report.
It is effecting on my cibil.
