My cibil impact low please clear this problem emidate
Clear My loan is 1000rs I am paid 1250rs full paid but they are showing dues 2650 rs and impact my credit score is low because they are showing pending my loan amount in all credit reporting

I am taking loan iin month of fabruary and then after lockdown started and then i am unable to pay emi and there was no any option to take moratorium and today on date 29/07/2020 they are calling me to pay emi and i will say i will pay emi 07/08/2020 but they are not ready to listen and they are started calling my all mobile numbers which are save in my mobile and i am also compain in mail but i am not any recieve any reply then after i will compalain in rbi if they are not stoping the usning my data i will compain in cyber crime...

Sir mane march mahinese moratorium manga he. Muze abhitak moratorium nahi mila. Aur aur har mahine chek bounce ho raha he es vajhase mera account -2988 me chala gaya he. Aur mera cibil bhi kharab kardiya kay apki company rbi ke guidelines ko follow nahi karti. Muze bataiye sir thanks....

Sir muse March se lekar abhitak moratorium nahi mila jabki 22 march se covid-19 ki vajhase government ne lockdown kiya huva tha. Aur RBI ne bhi 27 march ko moratorium ke liye declares kiya tha. Kay Apki company RBI ke guidelines ko nahi manti. Aur mera cibil bhi kharab kardiya....

I was mailed on behalf of the company after talking on the call that if you deposit your loan today 7900 rupees then foreclose kar diya jayega or aapko mail par 2 din me noc mil jayegi or aapki cibil me se due hat jayega par mujhe 5000 k badle 7900 bharne k baad bi 54000 due show ho raha hai or company mujhe msg mail or call kiye ja rahi hai or abi bi is company ki wajah se mera cibil kharab ho raha hai ye bahut ghatiya tareeka hai is company ka isse mere jaise logo ka cibil kharab ho raha hai please mere cibil se ye jald se jald hatwaye nhi to mujhe court jana padega

Recently while verifying my cibil report i found that there is outstanding of rs. 14, 000+ has been shown as i remember i have availed loan of rs. 3000/- in recent years. I have also paid 1 ot 2 installments. I am not able to understand the huge outstanding amount. Please therefore arrange to correct the amount and advise me the final corrected and genuine outstanding amount (After deleting unnecessary penalties etc.) to enable me to finalise the payment. Collection department of stashfin company they are very rude on call as i take a loan form stashfin and i was paying my emi regular basis. But due covid 19 lockdown past 3 month my salary not credited but that executive not ready to listen one word he harassing me to call your reference number rbi not allow any of company to track customer information or call there references
They should understand the stitution of customer who really faces the financial condition
