I am a personal customer for stashfin with the registered number [protected].

I understand that i could not make the payment from last 6 months as i was unemployed. However, i need few days time to repay the overdues.

One of the collection agent (Bhargavi) called me for payment and i asked for time. After a couple of days she called my cousin brother for the payment whos number i never mentioned as reference in my loan application. Following is my concern:

1-how your collection agent got my cousins number which is in my contact list, i guess your stashfin app is stealing my contacts

2- collection agent (Bhargavi) is talking in slang and abusing me in the call and i have tbe call record for that she also trying to threaten me

Am not used my credit limit amount but showing please emi amount rs 3375 date 10.01.2020 and credit limit balance 0 use 0 showing approved card limit rs 3000 but am not used please find as soon as possible and revert back

    I have applied for a virtual debit card in stashfin which is the limit of 7500 and i got the card after few days and i am facing the issue of payments doing online when i do the payment the bank rejects my transaction due to insufficient fund but i didn't use a single rupee till now in my app it shows me 7500 credit limit but i can't do the transaction please help me out my registered mobile number is [protected] and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

    This is Akshay Borana, I have received Stashfin virtual card worth Rs.7500 but not able to make any payments through this. I tried contacting the customer care of Stashfin but there is no response.

    I'm receiving OTP but payment is getting declined from their end but the EMI on this card has been activated for the declined payments.

    I request you to please look into this and do the needful as soon as possible.

      I requre loan so handover all my documents after i check this company asking me 15 days after payment rupees 3825 but credit card not i received ¬ transfer money my added account. I check my profile beneficiary added company name akara capital advisors pvt ltd emi escrow account. This is not my account i submit bank document already mention my account number ifsc code so why this company should have frouding. I request conser court please taken action sir.

        Hello,

        I've took a loan from stashfin and i've failed to repay the loan. Recently stashfin has started contacting my phone contacts which is a privacy breach to an individual and the recovery agents had threatened my relatives and friends regarding my non payment.

        This has caused a defamation to my personality in my circle and i've lost respect due to this non legal activity of accessing my contacts and threatening them.

        I didn't take loan but asking me to repay and abusing me sending messages to repay.

            I already uploaded my new canara bank account pass book to app. And also sent 4 emails to [protected]@stashfin.com informing about this matter.

            So please send the above loan amount to my above canara bank account.

              Got a promo from Stasfin, as I can get loan from them. And while checking it prompted to install app and provide all my personal details.
              After submitting all details, the message came as it is in verification and once done it will updated on the status. Few days later it showed up with message on my mobile and also to my gmail saying " Congrats your loan of 1, 000/- (yes 1k), has been approved and I was shocked to see the details as. 1000/- approved, with 15 days tenure, with a payment amount 1200 at the end of 15 days. I was like What the hell is this.. Definitely though was a bad choice, I just ingored and i unistalled.
              From there on I was getting regularly the message on mobile. Recently there was new kind of message saying i have approved with Virtual Card. Got little bit interested and wanted to check out what would this be...I re-installed the app and Just as i started checking, it showed me that I can get upto 50k on the Virtual Card, that made me interested and followed next steps on the app. Then there was a prompt to click to activate. I just did that.
              What a shock! I see the line of credit of 1, 000/- (yes I mean 1k) was the limit of the card it showed.
              Worst part was that it said the amount of 1, 000/- has been disbursed and immediately the App was updated with repayment details of paying 1200/- within the next 15 days.
              CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHAT IS THIS!!! THERE IS NO CHAT HELP, NO CUSTOMER CARE!! NO EMAIL ID!!
              EVEN BEFORE I REALIZE WHAT WAS HAPPENING... APP HAD INFO OF REPAYMENT DETAILS... EMI DETAILS TO BE PRECISE.. FOR 15 DAYS TENURE... 200/- FOR 1000/- FOR 15 DAYS IT WORKS TO 400/- INTEREST PER MONTH THAT IS 40% ROI...
              i AM STILL UNAWARE HOW TO GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED, WHERE TO GO!!! HOW TO CANCEL THIS...
              WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR WHAT I HAVE NOT EVEN GOT!!???
              CAN SOMEONE ANSWER...

                Hello sir/madam my name is Mohammad muneebur rahaman khan i have applied for a loan on 01/12/2019 and it has approved and my loan was disbursed on 16/12/2019 and till now it hasn't credited to my virtual debit card and my loan was showing the emi dates also but till i didn't get the amount to my account and my reference number is SEMR[protected] and my registered mobile is [protected] and registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com please resolve my issue as soon as possible

[protected] sir I take a personal loan of 20000/- rupees from you I pay my full EMI on time my last EMI paid in 18OCT. 19 4042/- I requested you on your app and I informed by mail to you that I pay my full loan EMI but my loan account still active so please closed my account and issue me my NOC

                        I have already paid off my EMI amount of more than 7300 INR on time by AUTO DEBIT but in return, they have given me only 500 INR in my Line Of Credit. Customer service number is nothing but just an IVR and the CHAT option is not available anymore either on their Website or on Mobile Application. There is nowhere in the world we can have a word with them. Their Email id;- [protected]@STASHFIN.COM just sent you an Auto Message that they cannot process the request. Please help!                         As you all can see, there is no chat option on their app. It is just the responsive CLICK BUTTON. There is no Call option at all. The number [protected] is also just an IVR. No way to connect to customer service executive. Got one missed call today while i was in office but as we are not allowed to use mobile in office, did not know of the call. Tried calling the same number but it is always BUSY. Following attachments are of their App.

                        This is their Email and SMS they sent me. SMS says they tried to call me and clearly says CHAT and also has given a link. Looks like they are taking customer for a ride. If the SUPPORT team do not address the issue then who will?

                            Stashfin a credit app have promised me give a sum of amount of 3000 but I never received it and now they threatening me to file a legal case and my account details is changed from my name and from bank details to this name as Akara Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd EMI ESCROW Account
                            And they have mental harsaared me sending these kind text messages to me my family and friends and I have tried contacting them phone multiple times and have send emails regarding the same and I have tried to contact them on Facebook and they have blocked me Facebook and never contacted by a person I receive messages and emails from a non reply sender so there is no way to contact them as well please him me as I'm very scared

                              My stashfin vìrtual card number is of 15 digit rather than 16 digit... So there is a problem in online transactions... Kindly send me proper 16 digit card... Bcoz loan of rs 7500 was disbursed on that card... And i m unable to use the card bcoz of less digit number problem.. I ask stashfin to contact me through call..

                                Sir/mam,
                                I have taken a loan from stashfin of only rs 5000 for my dad treatment. My dad expired this 22nd november 2019, and today i paid rs 3000. Inspite of that the recovery agents of stashfin and bajrang collection are calling all my colleagues and abusing them and threatening them and myself. I already paid rs 3000, yet they are telling to pay rs 9500 for a loan of just rs 5000. I already requested them to give me a week time...

                                This is with one of my transaction got debited twice against transaction timed out at atm for withdrawal of rs 10000/- twice, so i haven't received money and still i haven't got reversal in my card for amount of 20000/-.

                                Please dont go for stashfin card it seems they are fraud and no customer assistance and yet i havent got my reversal.

                                Yet i haven't got reversal and still there is no customer assistance provided im at a loss of 20000/-.

                                They dont have any tollfree no neither they reply even ticket got raised.
                                Dear sir
                                stashfin is not giving noc for closed loan they are very fraud on this i already tried to contact them they have no option for customer complaints.

                                  My due date is today. Still now i a unable to payment due to apologize is not open. When i open stashfin app it's showes "we are unable to approve application at this time".
                                  I was send many mails regarding my bill but nobody respones nybmail.
                                  If i can not pay today then i have charged extra amount. But one thing i should not any extra amount....

                                  Stashfin provides loan n i pay that before due date.. Then my loan amount is increased n that also i pay way before due date... The moment i pay i get notification that u are not eligible for any loans... Thank you for all your support...
