I have already paid off my EMI amount of more than 7300 INR on time by AUTO DEBIT but in return, they have given me only 500 INR in my Line Of Credit. Customer service number is nothing but just an IVR and the CHAT option is not available anymore either on their Website or on Mobile Application. There is nowhere in the world we can have a word with them. Their Email id;- [protected]@STASHFIN.COM just sent you an Auto Message that they cannot...

Hello sir i have requested for the virtual debit card which the limit is 7500 and till now i didn't get my card on 1/12/19 it has been completed 12 days and i have contacted them via call and email but there is no response my account is [protected] and i have given you the screenshots of that mail which i got from stashfin please my resolve my issue as soon as possible

My stashfin vìrtual card number is of 15 digit rather than 16 digit... So there is a problem in online transactions... Kindly send me proper 16 digit card... Bcoz loan of rs 7500 was disbursed on that card... And i m unable to use the card bcoz of less digit number problem.. I ask stashfin to contact me through call..

Sir/mam,
I have taken a loan from stashfin of only rs 5000 for my dad treatment. My dad expired this 22nd november 2019, and today i paid rs 3000. Inspite of that the recovery agents of stashfin and bajrang collection are calling all my colleagues and abusing them and threatening them and myself. I already paid rs 3000, yet they are telling to pay rs 9500 for a loan of just rs 5000. I already requested them to give me a week time...

This is with one of my transaction got debited twice against transaction timed out at atm for withdrawal of rs 10000/- twice, so i haven't received money and still i haven't got reversal in my card for amount of 20000/-.

Please dont go for stashfin card it seems they are fraud and no customer assistance and yet i havent got my reversal.

Yet i haven't got reversal and still there is no customer assistance provided...

My due date is today. Still now i a unable to payment due to apologize is not open. When i open stashfin app it's showes "we are unable to approve application at this time".
I was send many mails regarding my bill but nobody respones nybmail.
If i can not pay today then i have charged extra amount. But one thing i should not any extra amount....

Stashfin provides loan n i pay that before due date.. Then my loan amount is increased n that also i pay way before due date... The moment i pay i get notification that u are not eligible for any loans... Thank you for all your support...

Whatever my credit score be... U gave me loan i made a point to pay before due date... N suddenly u ignore ur customer who is paying due amount before due date.....

I had applied on 2nd dec got approval amt not credited kindly check n update soon its all fake n worst stashfin r federal bank. I didint used any amt n i didnt credited any amt from. On 4th date i got otp msg regarding txn but as its otp txn got failed for rs2596 receive sms from federal bank such a worst security kindly block my card i dont want furthur communication totally west of it ur running such a worst service without security

I was promised the balance amount will be given within 15 days but it’s been 10 months no amount was refunded and above that representive stopped taking my calls

I have not rcv money in my account bcs i were not mentioned my account details but in account details showing another's account detail when i goes to edit then i am not able to edit now i have rcvd a msg and mail also that your amount is disbursed.

I haven't take any loan from stashfin (Akara capital) but same company is showing rs. 20, 000 loan & they are deducting emi every month from my hdfc account.
As per stashfin app my detail is as below which i havent done with them :-
Loan id - semg[protected]
Emi start date :- 08-oct-2019

From then they deducted 02 emi i. E 1st on 06-sep rs 1000 & 2nd on 01-oct rs 1920. By akara capital.
Main thing is loan taken date is 08-oct-2019 & emi deduction start date shown from 8 july 2018 (As attached pic).

I have tried many times to contact them but no response from them.

I want my money back

And also they showed this in my cibil record & spoiling my cibil score.

Plz kindly solve this.

We Have Called On this Same no. so many times but this is recorded call and after 4..5 min call disconnect. We can not call them directly or they don't have any registered office in any city. Regard stashfin
I already tell to stashfin customer care on chat that i didnt receive any loan i shown them my bank account statement but they call me again and again, and harrassed me.
I tell them from 24 september but they messaging me calling me every day till date no solution is given by them, i am going to harrassed by such situation. Also they fraudly messaging me by message about police complaint....
