Lone with stashfin means burning your own house with your own hands. This is the worst experience ever.. They loaded my card without telling me. I don't need money right now, so why should i pay interest? I have to close my card and account right now. I get repeated calls from this number-[protected] and even after i refused, they loaded my card., how did load my card even after i refused. This is the worst experience ever. I have already sent a message 2 days ago, but they didn't response yet.

    They are just fooling people and nothing else. This is the worst experience ever.. Loaded my card without telling me. I don't need money right now, so why should i pay interest?       Dont understand which type of app this is?
      I did not receive amount in my bank account and they are email that ur amonut has been disbursed in your acc
      I m trying to reach customer but there is no support of anyone
      I didn't understand what can I do plan help on app showing the emi but amount still not credited in my account...contact no is not responding. Back end team also not responding pls help me out... I'm very tense last 1 day but no one can response my call n email

        I took loan for my medicine from stashfin (Akara capital advisors pvt ltd) initially they asked us to pay emi more than what was fixed earlier, then when we opposed and came up with facts and figures they said due to some problem in the system the same was miscommunicated. We started getting calls to immediately pay the emi. Since it was first time we paid the same through netbanking. Now it is the same story every month. I tried to contact stashfin over phone and every time but i couldn't contact them due to their bad facilities of customers calling care. Now since last six months i get message threatening me for my poor cibil score.
        Request concern person to kindly intervene and resolve the problem

Is [protected] and my email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com i'm a customer of stashfin credit line card but stashfin expired my card and not give me any card of my previous card exchange and my main concern is... I want to paid my emi but without card i never get option to pay emi so provide me the option how can i pay stashfin emi bcz 2 october is due date.. Its default of company bcz it is not providing me card.

            I have not accepted any offer then too they have force fully disbursed in my account of rs. 22000/- and they are asking me to pay the emis i am not going to pay the emis and they donot have bank account also i am not aware whether the company is fraud or what kindly help me in this situation and please settle my case as early as possible. And the person is asking for the recovery.

              On person associated with this company stashfin named by s k singh mobile number [protected] calls himself as a person of stashfin's legal department called me asking when will i make the payment, i said, i am making arrangements and have applied for withdrawal of my pf and once the amount is credited to my account, i will make the payments but this person hacked my wife's facebook account and called some of her relatives and abused them to get the payment. Please take necessary action

                stashfin loan fraud

                I had applied loan in stashfin app and i got a mail and message saying that the money has been disbursed on 15th of september, when i saw my account i could see no money being credited. And when i checked the app i could see the bank details of my account has been changed to akara capital advisors pvt ltd emi escrow account. I tried to talk to customer care wia chat and their only response was to wait for the disbursement,...

                after settlement payment, getting calls from police station for arrest.

                In the month of march 2019, the total due amount was rs.65, 000. I have discussed with the executive vinay tn (Mob. No. [protected]) who asked me to pay rs.45, 000 to settle the account.

                I have made the payment through stashfin app and asked to settle and close the account.

                I was unaware of receiving settlement or noc letter. And from june 2019 onwards, i have started getting calls from the lawyers and police...

                Hi team,
                This is regarding stashfin.
                I am fed up with following regarding my stashfin loan closure. Initially i was holding dbs stashfin card and applied for a loan of ₹50000/- for which i have received ₹49400/- after deductions. After that i got to know from stashfin cs team that all the cards are getting replaced and therefore iwill not be able to withdraw money using this card and they will replace it with another card which i received after a week or so. I couldn’t wait till then for money as i was in urgent need, so i managed it with family/friends help, and now i don't need the money. I am following up with stashfin cs team to close this loan account since 31st of aug, but no action has been taken yet. Also, the card is also not working at any of the atms (This information is also shared with stashfin cs team). They are just delaying by making some or the other excuse each and every day. Everyday their team say that either it will get closed by today or tomorrow morning, but everyday i spoil 3-4 hours in following up with the team. I didn't had anyother option left than to take your help.in this matter, please help me with this. These are a few tickets that i have raised with stashfin since 31st aug: 200135, 200142, 201324, 201883, 192218, 192982, 177430, 181197, 177536, 172689, 168006.

                  Dear manager,

                  First of all, let me tell you that stashfin (Akara capital) has provided false information and incorrect information to cibil which is why it is affecting my cibil score and i am not able to take a home loan. I have been requesting them to give me an noc for a loan account they have mentioned in my cibil report which is fully paid and closed, but they are not doing the same.

                  This is ridiculous. Inspite of requesting stashfin executives to share the noc for the loan account id of 24533 for a loan of rs. 639502, you are not sharing this. Pathetic customer service.

                  Please note that in cibil stashfin in the name of akara capital has provided an account number 24533 with a sanctioned amount of rs. 639502.

                  Please note that this loan account is closed and akara capital has still shown it as active.

                  Request you to take strong action stashfin and get me the noc for this loan account 24533 for amount rs. 639502 as a consolidated noc and share to my email id at the earliest.

                      I received a call for special offer on loan. I enquired about it the executive told me that he will get back with details.

                      But to my surprise the amount of rs 50000 has been loaded in my stashfin card. I didn't gave my consent to disburse the loan.

                      I was told to submit a form but i didn't sent that.

                      How can you forcefully disburse the loan.

                      I have been trying to contact you but there is no way i can do that.

                      I am not going to pay the emis for this loan.

                      Reverse the amount or do whatever it takes to rectify this issue.

                      Otherwise i will have to take it to the legal authorities.

                        Stashfin provided loan and I trying to withdraw loan from thr card 10000 rupees not disbursed but Amount deducted from loaded loan on card. I sent lot of mails and lot of complaint raised since 20days but they not even try to contact me.. My 10000 still not reversed..

                          I am a existing customer of stashfin. But the customer service s very very pathetic and they dont even know what s cx concern and they dont even know proper english. I wanna close one of my existing loan n since m following up with these customer care chat process - the most most akward and waste customer support

                          To the ceo - tushar aggarwal kindly arrange callback from one o[censored]r customer support or u plz do call me so that this can be sorted out at the earliest.

                          Due to ur company negligence, i'll be forced to take legal action and ll not pay any amount till this issue is sorted out.

                          More over first change ur customer representative or give proper english knowledge
                          I have applied for a loan with stashfin 10 days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. Documents have been submitted on the same day. I have contacted to the customer support (Chat ) but there is no proper response. Please look into this and let us know.

                              Hi, so monthly stashfin debuts rs.7167 from my a/c as it is the emi for the loan i took. The second month i had to pay a late fee but it was not even my fault. They are supposed to take it on 8th of every month and on 7th i received msg that it would be auto debited but due to their system error they could'nt, and then they kept on calling and msging me while i was on work and then i had to go to their website and pay the emi with extra charges. This month they have already taken the money and are still emailing me that they have not received it. The number they have provided never works. This is literally mental harrassment that even when they have already taken the money why am i still getting msg from them. Also, how am i supposed to clear this to them when their contact number never works.
                              So, please assist me in sorting this out.

                                My stashfin emi of 10822/- gets auto-debitd from my account every month but they reported to cibil that i have not paid 3 of my emis and also they never answer calls. All their mailboxes are obsolete and i cannot reach out to them through any means. Their exutives keep calling me everyday asking me to pay an amount of 6918/- manually through their app. I tod them that the emi has already been autodebited to whichthey say that they will send me an mail id on which i need to sen y bank statement relecting the same but they send me no such sms.
                                Please resolve my query, they are really harassing me.

                                  I was supposed to pay the emi of rs 11187 on 1st august. They have debited rs 3965 on 1st aug. But rest amount not debited. So to avoid fees i have made the payment of rs 7222 manually on 2nd august from their app only and received a confirmation of successful payment. Again they have debited rs 7222 from my account on 2nd august. And now while querying about payment they are denying that they didnt receive any extra payment. Please help me to refund my rs 7222.

                                    Stashfin is harassing me. Company sends me 3 to 4 sms daily and 2 calls per day. When i had chat with them they said very clearly that they cannot stop it is system generated. I am a heart patient cant bare these sms and calls daily. I have my work also. It is very very very frustating. I am paying my dues on time and i expect sms and calls only if i am not paying it. I beg you plz stop this torture and stop sending me any kind of promotion.
