I have not rcv money in my account bcs i were not mentioned my account details but in account details showing another's account detail when i goes to edit then i am not able to edit now i have rcvd a msg and mail also that your amount is disbursed.

So please pay attention and resolve my problem

I haven't take any loan from stashfin (Akara capital) but same company is showing rs. 20, 000 loan & they are deducting emi every month from my hdfc account.
As per stashfin app my detail is as below which i havent done with them :-
Loan id - semg[protected]
Emi start date :- 08-oct-2019

From then they deducted 02 emi i. E 1st on 06-sep rs 1000 & 2nd on 01-oct rs 1920. By akara capital.
Main thing is loan taken date is 08-oct-2019 & emi deduction start date shown from 8 july 2018 (As attached pic).

I have tried many times to contact them but no response from them.

I want my money back

And also they showed this in my cibil record & spoiling my cibil score.

Plz kindly solve this.

I already tell to stashfin customer care on chat that i didnt receive any loan i shown them my bank account statement but they call me again and again, and harrassed me.
I tell them from 24 september but they messaging me calling me every day till date no solution is given by them, i am going to harrassed by such situation. Also they fraudly messaging me by message about police complaint.

I had applied for a loan through stashfin app amount of rs 5000 application approved and amount disburse to my account but amount not credited to my account but emi date showing 22nd october so please check the details and do the needful because punjab maharastra co operative bank is not working with any transactions, now stashfin company has raised a compliant against loan, if i have not received amount y should i make the payment

Hi stashfin i applied for a loan through stashfin app last month, loan approved but amount not credited to my account, because i updated punjab maharashtra co operative bank but that bank is not working for any transactions, kindly let me know or pls check once for the status i have attached bank statement, stashfin peoples calling and talking very hardly

I have applied for a loan with stashfin 10 days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. Documents have been submitted on the same day. After that i got an automated call, sms and email saying that loan has been disbursed on 30th october but till not it has not been credited to my account. Not able to contact them via call or sms. No response for the chat and email. So how will i know when the amount will be credited to my account.

I would like to request you that please reduce my interest rate to lowest.

Stashfin haa been charging me 36% interest rate per months since i made mistake to take loan from stashfin.

While providing loan and submission of my all documents, i was informed that interest rate will be 10% to 13% maximum. But stashfin has been charging me 36% i interest rate. Please reduce interest rate to lowest and refund or reduce those amounts which has been charged by stashfin from my total loan amount immediately.

Please check my account and do the needful as soon as possible.

Already I have complained 1 week back against stasfin i am yet to receive the refund amount of 3960 which was wrongly transferred to him . They had admitted that they have received the wrong payment and refund will be given soon but 16 days gone they have not refunded anything. This is an unnecessary harrassment
kindly look into the matter urgently already 1more than 1 month gone . they have refunded me 2576 rest 1386 is still pending .

Sir, I took loan from Stashfin of 5000. after somer time I want to repay my loan but i couldn't contact with company because i had some issue regarding payment.after sometime stasgfin called me and told me " I send a link through which you have to pay" but they didn't send any link .I tried to contact again but i got faillure.one week ago a call came to me again from stashfin and told me i send you a link to pay your loan.I said ok send me.she sent me a link through which i paid my loan amount of 5000. On 10.10.2019.She told me it takes 24 hours to update and your loan will be closed.but yet my loan closed. I try to contact they don't ussually talk. And sometime if talk then they talk roughly. Please help me sir

Loan amount is rs. 3, 00, 000/-
Disbursed amount is. 2, 88, 906/-
Emi amount of rs. 10991/-

First emi start as on
4th april 2019 and same emi amount paid till 4th june 2019

After that i had clicked on one link by mistakly which is changed or converted my emi amount from 10991/- to 10738/-
So as per changes i had paid amount of rs. 10738/- from 4th july 2019 to 4th oct 2019
Total i have paid 7 emi amount of rs. 75925/-

Forclose amount application showing 270795/-

On application and chatting they said only 3 emi is paid,

I asking for foreclose amount which you send it wrong, after 7 emi is paid from my side and in your application and on chat they are sending wrong foreclose amount. Please explain how you send that amount without calculation.

Kindly reply on urgent base, before my next emi, solve this issue asap otherwise i will complaint against you.

I have all the transaction record of 7 paid emi in my banking.
Also provide your number or higher authority mail id.

I applied for 30k loan on stashfin and money is not disbuesed in their card till now and i am getting emi reminder messages, so kindly give your opinions what should i do, they do not have customer care number so that i can call them they have chat option but everytime they said we will call you in next 24-48 hours but its been 10 days no call received. Should i remove all my funds from that bank account or is there any other way.

My loan all ready approved 26 sep 19 and all documents summit but not received amount bank account not any customers support number and email all ready my documents collect like cheque, id proof, bank with sign please check issues and i go to office address kotla delhi but not any office i request please check my issue and resolved

I have received my replacement card with zero balance, i just want to know where is my balance in the card. The balance should be transferred from the old card to new at the time of replacement these people are just fraudsters, there is no contact number to call, they will not reply to any emails at all.
I just want to take this to consumer court.

Lone with stashfin means burning your own house with your own hands. This is the worst experience ever.. They loaded my card without telling me. I don't need money right now, so why should i pay interest? I have to close my card and account right now. I get repeated calls from this number-[protected] and even after i refused, they loaded my card., how did load my card even after i refused. This is the worst experience ever. I have already sent a message 2 days ago, but they didn't response yet.

I took loan for my medicine from stashfin (Akara capital advisors pvt ltd) initially they asked us to pay emi more than what was fixed earlier, then when we opposed and came up with facts and figures they said due to some problem in the system the same was miscommunicated. We started getting calls to immediately pay the emi. Since it was first time we paid the same through netbanking. Now it is the same story every month. I tried to contact stashfin over phone and every time but i couldn't contact them due to their bad facilities of customers calling care. Now since last six months i get message threatening me for my poor cibil score.
Request concern person to kindly intervene and resolve the problem

Is [protected] and my email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com i'm a customer of stashfin credit line card but stashfin expired my card and not give me any card of my previous card exchange and my main concern is... I want to paid my emi but without card i never get option to pay emi so provide me the option how can i pay stashfin emi bcz 2 october is due date.. Its default of company bcz it is not providing me card.

I have not accepted any offer then too they have force fully disbursed in my account of rs. 22000/- and they are asking me to pay the emis i am not going to pay the emis and they donot have bank account also i am not aware whether the company is fraud or what kindly help me in this situation and please settle my case as early as possible. And the person is asking for the recovery.

On person associated with this company stashfin named by s k singh mobile number [protected] calls himself as a person of stashfin's legal department called me asking when will i make the payment, i said, i am making arrangements and have applied for withdrawal of my pf and once the amount is credited to my account, i will make the payments but this person hacked my wife's facebook account and called some of her relatives and abused them to get the payment. Please take necessary action
