Stashfin customer again and again promise today close your loan but no close. Again next day today is close your loan. But no close.i waiting for 20 days. But no noc no close my loan. Hi I received a message that my Stashfin card was loaded with money and I did not do it. I am trying to contact Stashfin without any luck. I have had a chat with one of their representative and he was casual about this. I have not received any callback even after so many requests through their website and app. I want this resolved and account deactivated....

First of all intermediate registered his no. Instead mine. Secondly he told me that interest will be 11% but actual rate is 36%.

Its been around a month i have applied for that they approved everything then the employe came to home collect all the documents and they approved everything and the card came to my home via bluedart. Then i was not able to use that card for a week then i get to hear that verification is pending then another employee came for verification. Its done by him. Then qlso card was not started. Then company starts giving different different reason...

I have applied for a loan with stashfin 5 days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. Documents have been submitted with 4 Cheque (To EQX Analytics Pvt. Ltd) on the same day to his executive on my resident. After that i got an automated call, sms and email saying that loan has to be dis-busted today since last 4 days but still not it has not been credited to my account. My nave anil kumar i am from himachal pradesh i am tring to forclose my loan since last 3 weeks, once amount showed overdue, they charged 5000 extra after chat they reduce the amount but after reduction i am asking abut foreclosser since last 4 weeks no response at all, no call or reply from stashfin... After writing a harsh mail they replied on payment method bt that link goes to facebook workplace login...
So pathetic service i am...

I have applied for a loan with stashfin 10 days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. Documents have been submitted on the same day. After that i got an automated call, sms and email saying that loan has been disbursed on 14th may but till not it has not been credited to my account. Not able to contact them via call or sms. No response for the chat and email. So how will i know when the amount will be credited to my account. And i would also like to change the emi date given as 1st of every month. I want that to be after 5th of every month. Already the emi details are reflecting in the app but the amount is not at all credited.

This is RAVINDRA NAIDU. I applied for personal loan and submitted all the documents. Loan got approved for 3 lakhs rupees also submitted all documents including signed cheque’s NACH form and the same is collected by their executive. Stashfin sent me a mail on[protected] stating that my loan amount is disbursed. Today is[protected] still the loan amount is not yet credited to my account. I raised this issue on their mobile chat but no use. Moreover I got the EMI schedule which one to be paid on[protected]. I don’t know what to do now. Without receiving the money how can I send the money. Kindly resolve my issue. Some body please help me in this.

This is RAVINDRA NAIDU.My Stashfin loan account number is SEVR[protected].They are cheating people in providing loan . My loan got approved for 3 lakhs. Their executive collected all the documents from me including 3 signed cheque’s and NACH form also. They sent me a mail that my loan amount is disbursed on[protected] but it is not yet credited to my account. To day is[protected]. I raised my issue on their mobile chat but no use simply they are telling that amount will be credited to your account within 24 hours like that . It is all fraud. Moreover without sending money they sent me EMI schedule which one to be paid on[protected]. Kindly resolve my issue. Without getting money how can I pay my EMI of 30, 590/-.They are cheating me. I don’t know what to do. They don’t have any contact number and mail id except mobile chat. Please help me in this issue. My mobile number is [protected]. Thank you.

I have applied loan stashfin app on Saturday.
Usually they takes 24 hours but this time they messaged me that due to holiday in bank on Sunday we will disburse your amount on Monday but still today they did not.

And the worse thing is that we can't connect them by message or calls.
What to do.

I have applied loan stashfin app ago 2 weeks.
Usually they takes 24 hours but this time they no response. Very very third class support system as well as customer care is not working. They messaged me that 28 december we will disburse your amount but still today they did not.

And the worse thing is that we can't connect them by message or calls.
What to do.

So every month I pay my EMI one day/2 prior my due date . In the month of May my June month Emi was deducted.
from past 13 days I am chasing my refund, everyday I am assured my case is in priority basis and refund will be done .
This is officially last day of me chasing, I have the scripts of all the chats and recording of your agents assuring the refund .

Im stashfin user i have stashfin card with me. First i have load 2k but im not able to with that money from atm. So i made same shopping from it

Now again i have load 30k to do some shopping with but not i not able to use the card for shopping also

The worst part of the card is stashfin dint have customber care centre there is no one to looking after customber problem...

Not able to upload my rental agreement. After you sending me a link to upload my document as i click on the link it shows that my application has been successfully submitted. But one of your executives has asked me to change my current address document to the rental agreement as hr letter is not acceptable. Please check and ask an executive to call me back asap....

Regarding the stashfin online loan. My loan amount got approved for 112000 approximately.

I have received the stashfin card as soon as i have got the approval and signed nachform is uploaded in the app.

After that it has taken stashfin company to take their own time and still the amount has not been disbursed in to the account.
Most untrusty part is they do not have any contact number to contact only chat...

I paid rs.8360 as monthly emi on due date 5th may, again on 6th may stashfin auto debited rs.8360 from my account. How it is possible.

This is totally fraud, they have mailed me that loan got disbursed. But till date not credited in my account. When asked them through chat, they used to tell that it is already disbursed, but when ask for give proof of loan disbursement, tgey font provide any thing. And they have taken three cheques also. No response from there side always telling lie, tgat it will get credited by tomorrow, today etc...
Totally fake.
