Dear manager,

First of all, let me tell you that stashfin (Akara capital) has provided false information and incorrect information to cibil which is why it is affecting my cibil score and i am not able to take a home loan. I have been requesting them to give me an noc for a loan account they have mentioned in my cibil report which is fully paid and closed, but they are not doing the same.

This is ridiculous. Inspite of requesting stashfin executives to share the noc for the loan account id of 24533 for a loan of rs. 639502, you are not sharing this. Pathetic customer service.

Please note that in cibil stashfin in the name of akara capital has provided an account number 24533 with a sanctioned amount of rs. 639502.

Please note that this loan account is closed and akara capital has still shown it as active.

Request you to take strong action stashfin and get me the noc for this loan account 24533 for amount rs. 639502 as a consolidated noc and share to my email id at the earliest.

I received a call for special offer on loan. I enquired about it the executive told me that he will get back with details.

But to my surprise the amount of rs 50000 has been loaded in my stashfin card. I didn't gave my consent to disburse the loan.

I was told to submit a form but i didn't sent that.

How can you forcefully disburse the loan.

I have been trying to contact you but there is no way i can do that.

I am not going to pay the emis for this loan.

Reverse the amount or do whatever it takes to rectify this issue.

Otherwise i will have to take it to the legal authorities.

I dont understand which type of app this is?
I did not receive amount in my bank account and they are email that ur amonut has been disbursed in your acc
I m trying to reach customer but there is no support of anyone
Question is they have nt send money in account and they have email to send money in 15 days otherwise your cibil score will b low nd bla bla in short its a fraud app

I am a existing customer of stashfin. But the customer service s very very pathetic and they dont even know what s cx concern and they dont even know proper english. I wanna close one of my existing loan n since m following up with these customer care chat process - the most most akward and waste customer support

To the ceo - tushar aggarwal kindly arrange callback from one o[censored]r customer support or u plz do call me so that this can be sorted out at the earliest.

Due to ur company negligence, i'll be forced to take legal action and ll not pay any amount till this issue is sorted out.

More over first change ur customer representative or give proper english knowledge

I am customer of stash fin.. I have repaid my loan and there are no dues till date but stash fin people not responding and also not giving my next loan... I humbly request you please kindly provide loan immediately... If not please clarify reason immediately for not sanctioning loan amount kindly do needful at the earliest

Hi, so monthly stashfin debuts rs.7167 from my a/c as it is the emi for the loan i took. The second month i had to pay a late fee but it was not even my fault. They are supposed to take it on 8th of every month and on 7th i received msg that it would be auto debited but due to their system error they could'nt, and then they kept on calling and msging me while i was on work and then i had to go to their website and pay the emi with extra charges. This month they have already taken the money and are still emailing me that they have not received it. The number they have provided never works. This is literally mental harrassment that even when they have already taken the money why am i still getting msg from them. Also, how am i supposed to clear this to them when their contact number never works.
So, please assist me in sorting this out.

My stashfin emi of 10822/- gets auto-debitd from my account every month but they reported to cibil that i have not paid 3 of my emis and also they never answer calls. All their mailboxes are obsolete and i cannot reach out to them through any means. Their exutives keep calling me everyday asking me to pay an amount of 6918/- manually through their app. I tod them that the emi has already been autodebited to whichthey say that they will send me an mail id on which i need to sen y bank statement relecting the same but they send me no such sms.
Please resolve my query, they are really harassing me.

I was supposed to pay the emi of rs 11187 on 1st august. They have debited rs 3965 on 1st aug. But rest amount not debited. So to avoid fees i have made the payment of rs 7222 manually on 2nd august from their app only and received a confirmation of successful payment. Again they have debited rs 7222 from my account on 2nd august. And now while querying about payment they are denying that they didnt receive any extra payment. Please help me to refund my rs 7222.

Stashfin is harassing me. Company sends me 3 to 4 sms daily and 2 calls per day. When i had chat with them they said very clearly that they cannot stop it is system generated. I am a heart patient cant bare these sms and calls daily. I have my work also. It is very very very frustating. I am paying my dues on time and i expect sms and calls only if i am not paying it. I beg you plz stop this torture and stop sending me any kind of promotion.

This company has very worst service. My loan id 291224 | sesn[protected]. I have paid this loan on[protected]. But they guys are continously calling me for its payment. I have given them my all payment related screenshot. And also send them my january bank statement but still they are not closing my loan. And continously send me calls for pay overdue and late payment charges. They are also destroying my cibil score also. Plz help me.

My loan amount is paid however the field executive had visted by house yesterday at 10 pm and was drunk... He misbehaved with my family member..

I need proper action on this and compensation for the same or else i will file a police complaint against stashfin and bajrang collection..
The manager's of bajrang collections are well aware about this incident.

Sir i am balram ji verma i have to pay 3333 rupees emi per month of first. N company promised me that it will be deducted from my sbi account and i put all related formalities but they could not succeed in this regard. N now a late fee is rs. 250. So why they are unable to make it deduct from bank account. What is my fault after giving all required formalities. I am ready to pay with mobile app but could not understand how to register or pay it. Kindly help me on my mobile no. [protected] as early as posdible.

Dear stashfin i'm kiran kute and i'm using your card but there is not working.
Jab ye card liya tha tab maine 500rs load kiye the but wo me use nahi kar pa raha hu kyunki waha pr mujhe card blocked hai aaise dikhai deta hai is bare me 50bar aapko chat par bola tabhi aaj tak koi solution nhi aya or wo 500loan karne se pehle wo convert hota hai emi me to wo emi 2 autodebit huaa hai or abhi ek baki h to uska mujhe charges laga 685rs to kis bat ka hai bc mera emi amount 184 hai to tum log kis bat ke 685 le rahe ho ye solve karke do or ha mujhe ye aapka bakwas service nahi chahiye

I am a existing customer of stashfin.
Recently i got a offer message saying that rs.12, 815/- credit line card but on. 01.07.19 its showing in my app for 1, 25, 000/- created for emi details.
I am trying to remove the emi deatails in my app. I am getting fear now they will deduct the emi amount for not used card amount. How it can be resolve i really dont know

I have done the payment on time and share every information about the payment. From the last one month they are disturbing me, irritating me. Its urgent problem if app. Is taking time for updating why i am paying overdue if i not done payment on time i pay overdue but for what i will do. It is serious fraud they are behaving like fraud and i am going to complaint against them in the cibil in nearest police station that your app. Is fraud.

My register mail is [protected]@gmail.com. my Loan Ref No.:#SESN[protected]. its due date was[protected]. i have paid this loan on[protected]. by stashfin web portal.for this i have send them all suporting documents with this mail. But today one of its customer executive call me by the no. "[protected]. He is saying that you have not pay our loan. but they have sent me sms on[protected]:21 PM. in this msg they said that we have recived your loan amount. but when I have already paid this loan them why I wil pay this loan again . Its impact my cibil also. Plz help me. to solve this problem .I am uploding all document which will prove that I have paid this loan. This guys are so Irritating me plz do needful action against them..

I vipin kumar. My mobile number is [protected]. On 9th april i received msg from stashfin that 5 lakh loan is accepted. Its been around a 3 month i have applied for that they approved everything then the employe came to home collect all the documents. Then one executive to office for office verification Its done by him.Then company starts giving different different reason your this document is not completed this is not completed after providing maximum everything from adhar pan itr passport to electricity bill. Now thy r telling me to send office setup pics. If that was the issue why don’t you tell before. Why are telling when everything was done. And if someone is having work from his phone submitting his itr to govt. Paying taxes to govt. Having company visiting cards. Now after 3 months 10 days they rejected 5 lakh loan and after that they accepted 2 lakh loan how it is possible all companies have some time period to apply for loan again but they don’t have. I have provided 3 cheques in n 9th april that i want back
I gonna file a fir against stashfin.
Guys don’t apply for loan on stashfin it is fake company

I have applied a loan from stash fin company the loan is showing disbursed to my account but I have not received any kind of money in my account ! but emi date has been generated and my due is in 15days ! why shall i pay for the amt i have not received .
and my bank account details have also changed my from the app from my account to akara capital advisors pvt ltd emi escrow account wht is mean of that ...
