    Inki costmer helpline is very poor
    Kabhi bhi jawab nahi aata hai
    Mai pareshan hon ki kya karu
    Kab tak problemsolv hoga ye bhi pata nahi
    Tum log starting me customer ko lubaane ke liye rate of interest kam btate ho... Or jab loan de dete ho uske baad.. Rate of interest badaa dete ho...
    Or customer care se baat b ni krwate...
    Sabse ghatiya service h tumari.. Saalo kutto..

      Hi I received a message that my Stashfin card was loaded with money and I did not do it. I am trying to contact Stashfin without any luck. I have had a chat with one of their representative and he was casual about this. I have not received any callback even after so many requests through their website and app. I want this resolved and account deactivated.

        My name is nevesh sharma. I have taken a personal loan from stashfin with a intermediate person mithlesh yadav
        Loan no.- sens[protected]
        First of all intermediate registered his no. Instead mine. Secondly he told me that interest will be 11% but actual rate is 36%.
        After that he told me that after one emi rate will reduce automatically but not reduced till now. I have paid three emi already. So please register my contact no. I. E. [protected] instead of [protected] which is of mithlesh. And reduce my interest rate to11%. If not possible then tell me how to give money back to stashfin. As i am not so rich that i can pay so much of interest.

        Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

          Its been around a month i have applied for that they approved everything then the employe came to home collect all the documents and they approved everything and the card came to my home via bluedart. Then i was not able to use that card for a week then i get to hear that verification is pending then another employee came for verification. Its done by him. Then qlso card was not started. Then company starts giving different different reason your this document is not completed this is not completed after providing maximum everything from adhar pan itr passport to electricity bill. Now thy r telling you don’ have office setup. If thai was the issue why don’t you tell before. Why are telling when everything was done. And if someone is having work from his phone submitting his itr to govt. Paying taxes to govt. Having company visiting cards. If company were having issues like this then why they provide me the credit card.
          Worst company now i want you to close my accounts and take the worthless card back.

[protected] and e.mail Id is sourav.[protected]@gmail.com received a message that your loan amount has been disbursed to your account and also i have seen that from today the repaymemt date is counting.but my account is not credited.as per your system i have transferred rupee 1 to your mentioned account.and sent the bank cheque page. But unfortunately not credited my bank account.so please take the required action.
            Fraud fake company taken a loan of rs. 1 lakh already paid some EMI now requesting to forceclose this EMI but now one one is revering on Email as well as on Chat.

            Fake and fraud company.

              Stashfin executive had collected all of my documents, agreement & three security cheques duly signed by me, before 10 days back with commitment that credit line card will be issue to me on second day. But still i have not received the same till date. Now they are not anymore contactable on their given numbers, on site.

                I have applied for a loan with stashfin 5 days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. Documents have been submitted with 4 Cheque (To EQX Analytics Pvt. Ltd) on the same day to his executive on my resident. After that i got an automated call, sms and email saying that loan has to be dis-busted today since last 4 days but still not it has not been credited to my account. Not able to contact them via call or sms. No response for the chat and email. So how will i know when the amount will be credited to my account.
                Hi sir I have applied for loan ..and am approved for 45000.I have received stasfin DCB card ...but no one has come to pick up my documents..and no other option to contact your customer care while am dialing calls get disconnected.

                  I was approved a line of credit for rs. 289912 /- in the month of april 2019. On 19 may i chose to activate the loc for an amount of rs.289500/-. On their apps i show as that the amount has been disbursed to my card account. Initial balance loaded on the card was rs.50000/-. On 21 may 2019 i was convinced by the customer care associate to initially withdraw the rs. 50000/-. Then automatically the card will be reloaded for rs. 50000/-. I was also told that rs. 50000/- can be with drawn at a time. I visited icici bank atm which declined the rs.50000/- transaction and suggested rs.10000/- withdrawal at a time.in this way i completed 05 transaction to get the initial rs.50000/-. After the withdrawal again rs.40000 and another 10000 was adaded to my card. I tried to withdraw the same from an sbi atm and it was declined. I presumed that on a single day only rs.50000/- can be transacted on the care. On 22 may 2019 i visited to 04 atm sbi, axis, hdfc, and icici all the atms declined the transaction. I tried to contact stash fin chat process as well as complaint by raising an ticket for the service related reason. Till this time no body has responded. I have a gut feeling that i have been cheated by the company of rs.2, 39500/-. Request any honorable person to help me in this regards. Tey have sent me a emi statement scheduled for 12 june for an amount of rs.10412/- for 36 months. I have received only rs.50000/- which i want to return and close this account once for all.

                    I have applied for a loan with stashfin 10 days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. Documents have been submitted on the same day. After that i got an automated call, sms and email saying that loan has been disbursed on 14th may but till not it has not been credited to my account. Not able to contact them via call or sms. No response for the chat and email. So how will i know when the amount will be credited to my account. And i would also like to change the emi date given as 1st of every month. I want that to be after 5th of every month. Already the emi details are reflecting in the app but the amount is not at all credited.

                    This is RAVINDRA NAIDU. I applied for personal loan and submitted all the documents. Loan got approved for 3 lakhs rupees also submitted all documents including signed cheque’s NACH form and the same is collected by their executive. Stashfin sent me a mail on[protected] stating that my loan amount is disbursed. Today is[protected] still the loan amount is not yet credited to my account. I raised this issue on their mobile chat but no use. Moreover I got the EMI schedule which one to be paid on[protected]. I don’t know what to do now. Without receiving the money how can I send the money. Kindly resolve my issue. Some body please help me in this.

                    Usually they takes 24 hours but this time they messaged me that due to holiday in bank on Sunday we will disburse your amount on Monday but still today they did not.

                        So every month I pay my EMI one day/2 prior my due date . In the month of May my June month Emi was deducted.
                        from past 13 days I am chasing my refund, everyday I am assured my case is in priority basis and refund will be done .
                        This is officially last day of me chasing, I have the scripts of all the chats and recording of your agents assuring the refund .
                        Just wanted to inform if I don’t get resolution today I will have to take this to court . Thank you

                              Regarding the stashfin online loan. My loan amount got approved for 112000 approximately.

                              I have received the stashfin card as soon as i have got the approval and signed nachform is uploaded in the app.

                              After that it has taken stashfin company to take their own time and still the amount has not been disbursed in to the account.
                              Most untrusty part is they do not have any contact number to contact only chat and email.. However emails they dont respond back. Wonder how the rbi approves such untrusty companies who fools around with customers.
                              Everytime chat support guys say the samething we have arranged a call back but that call never comes. Most disgusting and not even trustable stashfin company.. If the stashfin company are not able to give loans, they have no right to take documents from individual and agreements from an individual.. I think there has to be sla 's in the organization.. However there are nothing... No one should trust this company and i strongly believe its a fraud company who is taking documents from an individual and doing nothing. If its approval or rejection or status up company should provide an update to individual.. But these guys are not even bothere to respond.. One guy is there khemchand.. He is actually manager or whoever it is. He should be behind bars... Uselessf fellow... Gives false promises... And the agents.. Kanika, sweta, meet, gaury, kabir etc wonder why thery are working in such an organization... Pity on them... And everytime server goes down..
                              People - you cant trust this stashfin company... Totally delay in processing.. No proper response... I think there should be formally a police complaint on this company that they are taking the documents and not giving any update...

                                I paid rs.8360 as monthly emi on due date 5th may, again on 6th may stashfin auto debited rs.8360 from my account. How it is possible.
                                When i raised this issue on chat, they are telling that it will be adjust in the emi of 5th june. It is fixed amount decided to pay monthly as emi including interest rate. Now if they are collecting (Not refunding) one month back then they have to pay the interest on it or refund immediately in the respective account.
                                3 months back also they did the same thing. Now it is second time and it is not acceptable at any circumstances.
                                Please find attached the docs for reference.
                                And second issue, i paid the emi on due date, so there will be no late fee, but they are charging rs.500. How and why? I can't understand.

                                  This is totally fraud, they have mailed me that loan got disbursed. But till date not credited in my account. When asked them through chat, they used to tell that it is already disbursed, but when ask for give proof of loan disbursement, tgey font provide any thing. And they have taken three cheques also. No response from there side always telling lie, tgat it will get credited by tomorrow, today etc...
                                  Totally fake.
                                  We should go for legal and shall ban such a fake organization who used to cheat people.
                                  Any persons who are in urgent need of cash they only takes a loan, and such types of fake company misuse the urgency of people. Some has to pay hospital bills some has to pay school fees etc..
                                  I pray to God not to spare the person who has started such type of fake company and fooling people.

                                    Loan approved but still didn’t got my amount in my account all formalities completed message received from stashfin loan approved funding will be done in 24 hrs but already 10 days ago but no response from stashfin. They also took my three blank cheque and my self attested documents and office id photo and mine too. Daily i called them but only they respond tomorrow tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. I applied with the hope to get loan from them but they are making fool to their customers. This is the fraud company and i think they are fooling their customers and they also misuse our documents they are not the trustworthy people. I’m going to file a complaint and take a legal action on this company.

                                      Hi,

                                      On 22nd April 2019 I had received a message from statshfin that EMI of Rs.
                                      8357 has not been honoured. So I have had made the payment instantly.
                                      through there app. After a few minutes, i could see they auto debited the same amount from my account again.

                                      So in place of paying 8357, I had end up paying 16755.

                                      When I called there number I was getting absurd answers that now it is very hard to get the money back, it will take long time.But they were not telling me when I am going to get my money back.

                                      Kindly find the evidence attached.

                                      In the second line of the statement, I had made the payment through stashfin app.
                                      In the first line EMI was deducted from stashfin side ( auto debit ).

                                      Kindly help me to get this issue resolved.

                                        I applied for the stashfin card but the disbursed the amount into my account, i already confirmed 3-4 time with several executives and also at the time of document pickup. but they disbursed the amount into my account. i need to close that account as want to foreclose the account. as i am not paying any emi for this.

                                        i also recieved the stashfin card.
                                        amount disbursed in my account after processing fee(5140Rs) deduction.
                                        i already told to the executive that your intrest rate is very high so i dont want personal loan from your company, then executive told me about card in which i get the limit of 1 lakh which i use as much amount i need. now on 19 april 2019 amount disbursed to my account.

                                        i will not pay any emi to this fraud company. i tried to contact via mails as well as contact no but no response from their side. i frustrated now.
                                        I'm farukh Hussain mullah from Assam a month ago I taken 1000rs loan amount from stashfin and I successfully repayment of my loan amount 1470 rs including late fees and I have successfully transaction confirmation email from stashfin but they reporting wrong report to paisa bazaar. Com now I will take legal action against stashfin
                                        Please send me information how I can get justice against fraud stashfin
