So every month I pay my EMI one day/2 prior my due date . In the month of May my June month Emi was deducted.
from past 13 days I am chasing my refund, everyday I am assured my case is in priority basis and refund will be done .
This is officially last day of me chasing, I have the scripts of all the chats and recording of your agents assuring the refund .
Just wanted to inform if I don’t get resolution today I will...

Im stashfin user i have stashfin card with me. First i have load 2k but im not able to with that money from atm. So i made same shopping from it

Now again i have load 30k to do some shopping with but not i not able to use the card for shopping also

The worst part of the card is stashfin dint have customber care centre there is no one to looking after customber problem...

Not able to upload my rental agreement. After you sending me a link to upload my document as i click on the link it shows that my application has been successfully submitted. But one of your executives has asked me to change my current address document to the rental agreement as hr letter is not acceptable. Please check and ask an executive to call me back asap....

loan amount disbursal

Regarding the stashfin online loan. My loan amount got approved for 112000 approximately.

I have received the stashfin card as soon as i have got the approval and signed nachform is uploaded in the app.

After that it has taken stashfin company to take their own time and still the amount has not been disbursed in to the account.
Most untrusty part is they do not have any contact number to contact only chat...

even after paying emi, again auto debited the next day

I paid rs.8360 as monthly emi on due date 5th may, again on 6th may stashfin auto debited rs.8360 from my account. How it is possible.
When i raised this issue on chat, they are telling that it will be adjust in the emi of 5th june. It is fixed amount decided to pay monthly as emi including interest rate. Now if they are collecting (Not refunding) one month back then they have to pay the interest on it or refund immediately in the...

loan not disbursed in my account,

This is totally fraud, they have mailed me that loan got disbursed. But till date not credited in my account. When asked them through chat, they used to tell that it is already disbursed, but when ask for give proof of loan disbursement, tgey font provide any thing. And they have taken three cheques also. No response from there side always telling lie, tgat it will get credited by tomorrow, today etc...
Totally fake.

Loan approved but still didn’t got my amount in my account all formalities completed message received from stashfin loan approved funding will be done in 24 hrs but already 10 days ago but no response from stashfin. They also took my three blank cheque and my self attested documents and office id photo and mine too. Daily i called them but only they respond tomorrow tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. even if I paid the emi amount through bank transfer they auto deducted the same amount again

Hi,

On 22nd April 2019 I had received a message from statshfin that EMI of Rs.
8357 has not been honoured. So I have had made the payment instantly.
through there app. After a few minutes, i could see they auto debited the same amount from my account again.

So in place of paying 8357, I had end up paying 16755.

When I called there number I was getting absurd answers that now it is...

I applied for card and they disbursed the amount into my account

I applied for the stashfin card but the disbursed the amount into my account, i already confirmed 3-4 time with several executives and also at the time of document pickup. but they disbursed the amount into my account. i need to close that account as want to foreclose the account. as i am not paying any emi for this.

i also recieved the stashfin card.
amount disbursed in my account after processing fee(5140Rs) deduction.br...

fake and fraud people

This is the most disgusting pathetic company i have ever seen all of them are just bloody useless first they promise you for instant loan then they never comtact you they take all your documents but they demand for more thousand documents.
Even an illiterate person will know that resgistered rent agreement is used as a address proof but u people are extra qulified peolple u need end number of documents u have no customer relationship...

They will collect original document along with 3 cheque with signature then they will play around 10 to 15 days will play i am receiving loan amount today like that they give false promise after that no one will responding now i am asking whatever i submitted document and i forward mail support stashfin they will replying your email will not be processed
Like that it will happen past 1 to 2month no one will not give reply...

foreclosure of my loan

I am tring to forclose my loan since last 2 weeks, once amount showed overdue, they charged 5000 extra after chat they reduce the amount but after reduction i am asking abut foreclosser since last 2 weeks no response at all, no call or reply from stashfin... After writing a harsh mail they replied on payment method bt that link goes to facebook workplace login...
So pathetic service i am not going to pay till the time get proper resolution...

loan paid still showing overdue

My stasfinn loan due as on 8th april is paid on 7th april of rs.5000... But still showing overdue... Mob no. [protected]... Getting repeated messages from stasfinn to pay more rs.5000... But how i can pay double of emi amount... Tried to chat with customer care but no replies yet... Pls look into the matter on urgent basis and resolve the matter as soon as possible... Thank you...

I have running loan with them with loan id sest[protected] wherein my monthly emi is fixed at rs.9, 467 per month. I have applied for credit card and told me that no processing fee. But company has been transferred with loan amount in my account. And dedicated 7000 processing fee and 4% monthly interest. I have not required loan amount. Same day i try to contac company but no customer support available. I wrote many times on chat but not received any reply till now.
Finally i want to suggest to every that no one apily for loan or credit card....

my fake signature used disbursed personal loan in my account without my consent

fraud company

I applied for loan from stashfin online they said you are eligible for 186000. They took my documents along with 3 signed cheques. I got a call for a person named jahid hussain on 4th april 2019 stating the amount will get deposited to bank account after deduction of processing fess rs.5580 & gst rs.1004 from the approved amount i. E. Rs, 186000. The amount is not yet credited to my account nor they are replying to chat. I think its a fraud...

It is bad experience from stashfin services, i am complain so may time from stashfin app but no response received from stashfin side.
Personally suggest to everyone please don't apply loan form stashfin it is such a bad experience from there....
