My nave anil kumar i am from himachal pradesh i am tring to forclose my loan since last 3 weeks, once amount showed overdue, they charged 5000 extra after chat they reduce the amount but after reduction i am asking abut foreclosser since last 4 weeks no response at all, no call or reply from stashfin... After writing a harsh mail they replied on payment method bt that link goes to facebook workplace login...
So pathetic service i am...

I have applied for a loan with stashfin 10 days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. Documents have been submitted on the same day. After that i got an automated call, sms and email saying that loan has been disbursed on 14th may but till not it has not been credited to my account. Not able to contact them via call or sms. No response for the chat and email. So how will i know when the amount will be credited to my account. And i would also like to change the emi date given as 1st of every month. I want that to be after 5th of every month. Already the emi details are reflecting in the app but the amount is not at all credited.

How can reach?

I have complained many times but there is no hearing, which you have given a number on the website, there is no benefit, also mail id is not updated anywhere?

You will take some action or you will have to take some concrete steps, please reply my mail and even call.

So every month I pay my EMI one day/2 prior my due date . In the month of May my June month Emi was deducted.
from past 13 days I am chasing my refund, everyday I am assured my case is in priority basis and refund will be done .
This is officially last day of me chasing, I have the scripts of all the chats and recording of your agents assuring the refund .
Just wanted to inform if I don’t get resolution today I will have to take this to court . Thank you

Im stashfin user i have stashfin card with me. First i have load 2k but im not able to with that money from atm. So i made same shopping from it

Now again i have load 30k to do some shopping with but not i not able to use the card for shopping also

The worst part of the card is stashfin dint have customber care centre there is no one to looking after customber problem

Not able to upload my rental agreement. After you sending me a link to upload my document as i click on the link it shows that my application has been successfully submitted. But one of your executives has asked me to change my current address document to the rental agreement as hr letter is not acceptable. Please check and ask an executive to call me back asap.

Regarding the stashfin online loan. My loan amount got approved for 112000 approximately.

I have received the stashfin card as soon as i have got the approval and signed nachform is uploaded in the app.

After that it has taken stashfin company to take their own time and still the amount has not been disbursed in to the account.
Most untrusty part is they do not have any contact number to contact only chat and email.. However emails they dont respond back. Wonder how the rbi approves such untrusty companies who fools around with customers.
Everytime chat support guys say the samething we have arranged a call back but that call never comes. Most disgusting and not even trustable stashfin company.. If the stashfin company are not able to give loans, they have no right to take documents from individual and agreements from an individual.. I think there has to be sla 's in the organization.. However there are nothing... No one should trust this company and i strongly believe its a fraud company who is taking documents from an individual and doing nothing. If its approval or rejection or status up company should provide an update to individual.. But these guys are not even bothere to respond.. One guy is there khemchand.. He is actually manager or whoever it is. He should be behind bars... Uselessf fellow... Gives false promises... And the agents.. Kanika, sweta, meet, gaury, kabir etc wonder why thery are working in such an organization... Pity on them... And everytime server goes down..
People - you cant trust this stashfin company... Totally delay in processing.. No proper response... I think there should be formally a police complaint on this company that they are taking the documents and not giving any update...

I paid rs.8360 as monthly emi on due date 5th may, again on 6th may stashfin auto debited rs.8360 from my account. How it is possible.
When i raised this issue on chat, they are telling that it will be adjust in the emi of 5th june. It is fixed amount decided to pay monthly as emi including interest rate. Now if they are collecting (Not refunding) one month back then they have to pay the interest on it or refund immediately in the respective account.
3 months back also they did the same thing. Now it is second time and it is not acceptable at any circumstances.

And second issue, i paid the emi on due date, so there will be no late fee, but they are charging rs.500. How and why? I can't understand.

This is totally fraud, they have mailed me that loan got disbursed. But till date not credited in my account. When asked them through chat, they used to tell that it is already disbursed, but when ask for give proof of loan disbursement, tgey font provide any thing. And they have taken three cheques also. No response from there side always telling lie, tgat it will get credited by tomorrow, today etc...
Totally fake.
We should go for legal and shall ban such a fake organization who used to cheat people.
Any persons who are in urgent need of cash they only takes a loan, and such types of fake company misuse the urgency of people. Some has to pay hospital bills some has to pay school fees etc..
I pray to God not to spare the person who has started such type of fake company and fooling people.

Loan approved but still didn’t got my amount in my account all formalities completed message received from stashfin loan approved funding will be done in 24 hrs but already 10 days ago but no response from stashfin. They also took my three blank cheque and my self attested documents and office id photo and mine too. Daily i called them but only they respond tomorrow tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. I applied with the hope to get loan from them but they are making fool to their customers. This is the fraud company and i think they are fooling their customers and they also misuse our documents they are not the trustworthy people. I’m going to file a complaint and take a legal action on this company.

On 22nd April 2019 I had received a message from statshfin that EMI of Rs.
8357 has not been honoured. So I have had made the payment instantly.
through there app. After a few minutes, i could see they auto debited the same amount from my account again.

So in place of paying 8357, I had end up paying 16755.

When I called there number I was getting absurd answers that now it is very hard to get the money back, it will take long time.But they were not telling me when I am going to get my money back.

Kindly find the evidence attached.

In the second line of the statement, I had made the payment through stashfin app.
In the first line EMI was deducted from stashfin side ( auto debit ).

Kindly help me to get this issue resolved.

I applied for the stashfin card but the disbursed the amount into my account, i already confirmed 3-4 time with several executives and also at the time of document pickup. but they disbursed the amount into my account. i need to close that account as want to foreclose the account. as i am not paying any emi for this.

i also recieved the stashfin card.
amount disbursed in my account after processing fee(5140Rs) deduction.
i already told to the executive that your intrest rate is very high so i dont want personal loan from your company, then executive told me about card in which i get the limit of 1 lakh which i use as much amount i need. now on 19 april 2019 amount disbursed to my account.

i will not pay any emi to this fraud company. i tried to contact via mails as well as contact no but no response from their side. i frustrated now.

This is the most disgusting pathetic company i have ever seen all of them are just bloody useless first they promise you for instant loan then they never comtact you they take all your documents but they demand for more thousand documents.
Even an illiterate person will know that resgistered rent agreement is used as a address proof but u people are extra qulified peolple u need end number of documents u have no customer relationship sense... What kimd of company is it where there is no contact number bloody nonsense... I was looking for a loan for medical emergency and these people do not understand the word emergency again and again contacting them bloody useless people will not reply nor call bavk... They have taken alll my documents and are sitting.. If i do not get my documents back or i do not get the loan amount i am goona take legal actions against you and you all will have to suffer...

They will collect original document along with 3 cheque with signature then they will play around 10 to 15 days will play i am receiving loan amount today like that they give false promise after that no one will responding now i am asking whatever i submitted document and i forward mail support stashfin they will replying your email will not be processed

So pathetic service i am not going to pay till the time get proper resolution of service... As in complains i got to know that after paying full and final amount still emi gone... I do not want to take such risk... Please ask them to clear all the mess and i will pay my dues which are balance as of 02nd april 2019... Rakesh s sharma

My stasfinn loan due as on 8th april is paid on 7th april of rs.5000... But still showing overdue... Mob no. [protected]... Getting repeated messages from stasfinn to pay more rs.5000... But how i can pay double of emi amount... Tried to chat with customer care but no replies yet... Pls look into the matter on urgent basis and resolve the matter as soon as possible... Thank you...

This complaint is against stashfin formally registered in rbi as akara capital advisors pvt ltd. I have running loan with them with loan id sest[protected] wherein my monthly emi is fixed at rs.9, 467 per month. I have been trying to reach customer care and some senior officials of this company to get my ecs changed from one bank to another but i never got response. My 2 emis got pending due to this reason as no one was approachable. Suddenly today, they sent a message to all my mobile contacts (Not sure how did they get access and who gave them permission) as follows “smarth thukral – ([protected]) is not able to pay their stashfin emi. Please have them contact stashifn ([protected])”. If you will dial this number no one will answer.

Not sure when rbi allowed banks and nbfc to do collection of dues in this manner by defaming the customer amongst their social circle. Sending messages to more than of 2000 contacts is like giving an ad in newspaper of not paying emi despite i was pro-actively trying to connect with their team but no one ever responded to my request.

I would like to file an complaint against this nbfc under section 499 and 500 of indian penal code which is a criminal offense to defame someone. Indeed it has seriously affected my reputation and my family reputation. As per clearly laid out guidelines by rbi, these kind of harassments is not allowed by any bank or nbfc.

Unfortunately, these are the people who claim to help individuals with easy loan and then defame individuals despite of their own mistakes of not responding.

I would request all concerned to take this complaint on priority so that i can proceed with court case against directors and seniors of this company under section 499 and 500 as the damage has been done can’t be reversed but nbfc like this should learn a lesson not to do this again with anyone else. This damage can provoke anyone to commit suicide as in india social defamation is the worst thing ever can happen with any individual.

I have applied for credit card and told me that no processing fee. But company has been transferred with loan amount in my account. And dedicated 7000 processing fee and 4% monthly interest. I have not required loan amount. Same day i try to contac company but no customer support available. I wrote many times on chat but not received any reply till now.
Finally i want to suggest to every that no one apily for loan or credit card. There is no customer support. Stashfine company is very cheating company. Many cases are available at this type. Company not help customers. This is only fraud company.

I have given documents for personal loan file login, but without my approval on roi terms & conditions they disbursed loan in my account. I have not signed any document for loan, they have used my fake signature. This is fraud company. There is no contact number or email id to contact them. After my several attempts to contact them one of their executive calls me & accepts that my signatures used are fake. He assures me a call back from stashfin for the solution. I told her to take back loan from my account but there is no reply. I have no other option to go legal in this case
I dont need their loan.

I applied for loan from stashfin online they said you are eligible for 186000. They took my documents along with 3 signed cheques. I got a call for a person named jahid hussain on 4th april 2019 stating the amount will get deposited to bank account after deduction of processing fess rs.5580 & gst rs.1004 from the approved amount i. E. Rs, 186000. The amount is not yet credited to my account nor they are replying to chat. I think its a fraud company. Please help me with my documents and the cheques which i have given to them
