This is the most disgusting pathetic company i have ever seen all of them are just bloody useless first they promise you for instant loan then they never comtact you they take all your documents but they demand for more thousand documents.
Even an illiterate person will know that resgistered rent agreement is used as a address proof but u people are extra qulified peolple u need end number of documents u have no customer relationship sense... What kimd of company is it where there is no contact number bloody nonsense... I was looking for a loan for medical emergency and these people do not understand the word emergency again and again contacting them bloody useless people will not reply nor call bavk... They have taken alll my documents and are sitting.. If i do not get my documents back or i do not get the loan amount i am goona take legal actions against you and you all will have to suffer...

They will collect original document along with 3 cheque with signature then they will play around 10 to 15 days will play i am receiving loan amount today like that they give false promise after that no one will responding now i am asking whatever i submitted document and i forward mail support stashfin they will replying your email will not be processed
Like that it will happen past 1 to 2month no one will not give reply

I am tring to forclose my loan since last 2 weeks, once amount showed overdue, they charged 5000 extra after chat they reduce the amount but after reduction i am asking abut foreclosser since last 2 weeks no response at all, no call or reply from stashfin... After writing a harsh mail they replied on payment method bt that link goes to facebook workplace login...
So pathetic service i am not going to pay till the time get proper resolution of service... As in complains i got to know that after paying full and final amount still emi gone... I do not want to take such risk... Please ask them to clear all the mess and i will pay my dues which are balance as of 02nd april 2019... Rakesh s sharma

This complaint is against stashfin formally registered in rbi as akara capital advisors pvt ltd. I have running loan with them with loan id sest[protected] wherein my monthly emi is fixed at rs.9, 467 per month. I have been trying to reach customer care and some senior officials of this company to get my ecs changed from one bank to another but i never got response. My 2 emis got pending due to this reason as no one was approachable. Suddenly today, they sent a message to all my mobile contacts (Not sure how did they get access and who gave them permission) as follows “smarth thukral – ([protected]) is not able to pay their stashfin emi. Please have them contact stashifn ([protected])”. If you will dial this number no one will answer.

Not sure when rbi allowed banks and nbfc to do collection of dues in this manner by defaming the customer amongst their social circle. Sending messages to more than of 2000 contacts is like giving an ad in newspaper of not paying emi despite i was pro-actively trying to connect with their team but no one ever responded to my request.

I would like to file an complaint against this nbfc under section 499 and 500 of indian penal code which is a criminal offense to defame someone. Indeed it has seriously affected my reputation and my family reputation. As per clearly laid out guidelines by rbi, these kind of harassments is not allowed by any bank or nbfc.

Unfortunately, these are the people who claim to help individuals with easy loan and then defame individuals despite of their own mistakes of not responding.

I would request all concerned to take this complaint on priority so that i can proceed with court case against directors and seniors of this company under section 499 and 500 as the damage has been done can’t be reversed but nbfc like this should learn a lesson not to do this again with anyone else. This damage can provoke anyone to commit suicide as in india social defamation is the worst thing ever can happen with any individual.

I have applied for credit card and told me that no processing fee. But company has been transferred with loan amount in my account. And dedicated 7000 processing fee and 4% monthly interest. I have not required loan amount. Same day i try to contac company but no customer support available. I wrote many times on chat but not received any reply till now.
Finally i want to suggest to every that no one apily for loan or credit card. There is no customer support. Stashfine company is very cheating company. Many cases are available at this type. Company not help customers. This is only fraud company.

I have given documents for personal loan file login, but without my approval on roi terms & conditions they disbursed loan in my account. I have not signed any document for loan, they have used my fake signature. This is fraud company. There is no contact number or email id to contact them. After my several attempts to contact them one of their executive calls me & accepts that my signatures used are fake. He assures me a call back from stashfin for the solution. I told her to take back loan from my account but there is no reply. I have no other option to go legal in this case
I dont need their loan.

I applied for loan from stashfin online they said you are eligible for 186000. They took my documents along with 3 signed cheques. I got a call for a person named jahid hussain on 4th april 2019 stating the amount will get deposited to bank account after deduction of processing fess rs.5580 & gst rs.1004 from the approved amount i. E. Rs, 186000. The amount is not yet credited to my account nor they are replying to chat. I think its a fraud company. Please help me with my documents and the cheques which i have given to them

Stashfin have taken my 3 cheques for loan but after 2 weeks passed they have not disbruse till now. Their customer executive giving commitments again and again that they will disbruse the amount today. Please do something i need amount very urgently they are not taking it seriously making fool me everyday. Please resolve this complaint as soon as possible.

It is bad experience from stashfin services, i am complain so may time from stashfin app but no response received from stashfin side.
Personally suggest to everyone please don't apply loan form stashfin it is such a bad experience from there.

My loan is approved and stashfin application shows that loan has disbursed but i didn't receive money into my account, no number of customer care, so were to contact... My registered email id is "[protected]@gmail.com".

All the documents and three cheques were collected a week before and the loan is not disbursed still, when asked there funds are ready for disbursement which is not happening.

Meanwhile they also keep on sending same messages that loan approved, but they will not do the disbursement thing. Hope as per the approval my first emi falls on April 5, 2019.

Satshfin is a very poor for ratings if am given bcs there have many issues like no contact number if am wanna talk with customer care regarding my loan and stashfin excutive allready picked my all docs before a week but didnt give any responce am still waiting for the reply. Very poor customer service very poor response from the excutive and also app is very poor if am given star rating they deserve -1 star for their services pls given back my all documents otherwise i will raise a complaint aginst the company and excutive also.

I have applied for loan before submitting the document they called me many a time now once i have submitted the document they never received my call. My mom is hospitalised that is the reason i have applied for loan.
Khemchand sharma is the lead a cheater i must say when i call him from unknown no. He receives the call and say aaj pakka ho jayega its been two weeks now i really dont have any clue what is to be done.
I have given them the security cheque and all required document. On the website it is written hassle free it doesnt seems like the customer care chat support never work

Your chat support is daily giving commitments that it will be done today anyhow but it's not happening... My loan application number is #sess[protected]... I want you to cancel my my card and close my relationship with stashfin.

Hi, My name is Amit Mishra and I applied for personal loan and submitted all the documents, they said that your amount will disburse on 28th February but till date its not credited in my account. They took 3 cheques and other documents which they are not returning me back which is disgusting. If loan is not passed then please return my document back or else I am going legal against stashfin company and pull them to the court. I am requesting and mailing everyday about my documents or loan but they are not giving me any response. If this a fraud company then please take some action against them or else its gonna be worst with other 125 cr Indian people from whom they are collecting documents and not giving any response. I am pissed of with there service and the blogs I am reading against them there is nothing good written about them. I am waiting for my documents and cheque to be return maximum by 15th of this month or I will take legal action against Stashfin.

Stashfin customer care called me up and told i am eligible for 3l loan and will be disbursed in 24hrs. I applied for same. And now its 7 days since they said it will be disbursed but till date no response from there side. It seems a fake company. You can contact customer care executive. I[censored] chat they will just say it will be disbursed in 24 hrs. But there 24hrs never come.

Hello this is jagruti patel i got call for lone is dune by 6th feb i give all documents cheque everything but till the date i m not getting my lone amount 2, 41, 000/- today i got mail from stashfin that yr lone is debuted from 15 feb but i m not getting any lone as well got mail that 5th march your 1st emi will start i m worrid what is happening.

I took a loan of one lac from stashfin, where as in my cibil report its reflecting in the name of dmi finance (Stashfin counterpart), as a loan amount of rs.80000, and showing an over due of rs.6959. My actual emi is rs.9722 which is being honoured every month without fail. Because of this wrong overdue entry, my cibil is going down and my other loans are getting rejected. Loan application id: sesc[protected]. Waiting in vain after multiple messages to stashfin. No call back ever.
