Hii my name is Adarsh and i hv applied for loan from stashfin as they said you are eligible for 40000 amount.. After that i have submitted all the documents.. From past 1 week they are not replying to my message and they are not giving call backs also.. I don't know what they are doing and they have my three chaques with them they are not giving back my documents also... Kindly check... They are fraud company please check and request you to not give license to such creep company.. Oh

    Im Vennu Anil Kumar Loan App no:#SEAK[protected] I got the call from Stasfin phone no :[protected] u got the loan approval 108000 please send the documents with singed on ageement and empty cheques all got verified u il get loan disbursment today by end like this they said last thusday that day onwards no response from them . in chat they are saying under process under process but no call/mail
    Please consider this issue and solve my issue.

      I had taken a pl of 1.5 lacs and so far paid 48, 888 rs as repayment. From 2 days i have been requesting for the foreclosure of the loan. This fraud company is run by college kids who do not understand the concept of loan foreclosure. The amount they have generated for foreclosure is 1, 19, 644 rs, which is way higher than the standard waived off rate for foreclosure. Their customer care does not respond and my interest is increasing uselessly.
      Verification done but delaying for no reason specified ...
      Communication part is very week and new team of stashfin is without any knowledge and training

      Why are are hiding themselves if the company is registered by incoming call centre is set up

        Iam the customer of stashfin on november mth 2018 i receive a call from that u had a offer of rs16800 for install loan with out any interest and processing free u can pay back in 3 emi for that click on the link they told me but after clicked on link i received only 14880 from november mth iam trying to contact the customer care there is no response from them and there is no proper customer care also so i stoped my one mth emi of rs 11285 so theyhad chared me as over due charges of rs 7880 i do no now what to do iam getting call from collection team name aarti kumari she speaks like some he setting in hell that i donot want ur complaint i need payment will u pay or not thats it i do no what type of fault company is it i do before about this company right now if i open in goggle there is many complaint about this company so please help out from this hell

          When i opt for loan card they told me i can load my card whenever i need and for multiple times within the available limit. I have taken loan card from stashfin in 2017 and they have approved my loc (Line of credit) rs 30000/-. Previously i have loaded my card several times for loan but nowadays every time i tried m getting an error and when trying to use the remaining limit (25000/) app says that i can load max rs 500 more. I am using this from the past 2 years i have never face such issue previously but nowadays it was harassment. No one is able to contact on the number given on the website. And we try to chat or raise feedback on the contact us option no cares. Today i had chat with 1 agents name i told them all my concern but their reply was that i am not eligible for the loan. While m having loc of 25000 available limits on my account. I am really disappointed with the service they are providing nowadays. One company always try to grow and improve there services but you guys are degrading. Really disappointed.

            I have never taken any loan from stashfin but i am getting reminder mails, messages and calls for repayment.

            They even threatening to repay with interest amount which i had never taken also they threaten to affect my cibil score.

            They said i have taken loan loan of 22000/- in sept 2018 which i had never availed.

            Stop calling and threatening to any one before checking your details.
            I took loan amount of 10000 and paid it on time through emi...it has been closed by long time ago but still showing overdue while I m log in in any finance, overdue amount 1946/-
            PL correct it from ur site I already complaint in cibil

              I have a loan ongoing with stashfin. The have mailed two month back your auto debit facility is enabled. But after one successful. I am getting the frequent email and message regarding the your enach is not honored. I have sent the several query and complain but i am unable to get any reply from them. Bank is telling there is no such issue from our end. Yesterday i have transferred the amount and convey the same to their customer support as well as to their mail also. But then also i am getting the same mail and warning. I am really fed up with their process. Please do the needful.

                Hi,
                I am an existing customer of stashfin and i have had multiple loans, emis for which have bee. Paid timely. No bounces. I again applied for a loan two weeks back. After much follow up my stashfin card was loaded with the desired amount with balance to be loaded. But unfortunately my card expired the next day money was loaded.
                I have been constantly trying to reach the stashfin via email, chat and call back request but there has been no response.
                They then suggested me to pay for new card and i paid immediately but i am still not updated with the my card details.
                I was in need of the money is why i asked for loan. Because of your negligence i. Unable to use the card as you have still not issued me a new card and not responding to any of my questions.
                Your service is extremely poor and i suggest you kindly take action immediately as i have to pay emi unnecessary without have the privilege to use the money.
                Take necessary action immediately or i will have to take legal steps.

                Hi my loan closed 10 days back itself but there is not confirmation from your side and emi is debited from my account kindly check and refund my emi amount and there is no customer care mobile no where we can reach for immediatly support

                  I took a personal loan from stashfin (Basiclly i doweload this app for stashfin card & eventully they disbused this amount but now feel lucky coz they are useless) of rs - 1000, for that emi rs 1200 payable on[protected]. While i paid emi on[protected] but no record updated on stashfin app due to that they are continously calling & msg me, on app overdue charges are also showing.
                  Their help line no. (Not working) i send lot of time screenshots of mpassbook but they never reply
                  Kindly help me becouse on call they are threating to report on cibil.

                    My name is rahul pandey. My loan account no. Serp[protected] with stashfin. On the application my loan is showing active and i got mail & confirmation messages that my loan disbursed on 31/01/2019 but its been six days nothing received by me into my account. I have talked with chat officers on the app so many times but they only say that we appreciate your patience and say that amount will reflect into my account by the end of the day, but nothing happens like this for the last six days same things are going on. I don't know what's the process stashfin type company works...? Only fooling customers right away.
                    My name is Niketa Punjabi. I have a very bad experience with this company. On application it's showing loan is disbursed but from last 6 days it's not showing I my bank account. Trying to contact customer service but they are pathetic on phone there is no option to reach customer service executive. On chat no one respond. I am stuck. My loan amount was 139000 and I need money urgently. This company is giving us mental stress. Don't recommend anyone to take any loan from here. Attached are the screenshots of customer service behavior. They don't respond at all.

                      2 week ago my all verification/ documentation & all procedure has been done... Only i have received this message from company. — "thank you for contacting stashfin.

                      Your loan application is approved and the loan amount is ready for disbursal. We assure you that the loan amount will be disbursed and will be available in your bank account as per the banking timeline. Additionally, we request you to confirm when you receive the amount.

                      We appreciate your patience."

                      My 1st emi due on next month today is 4th date till not received any payments.

                        I load my stashfin card (Rs.128000) from their app and as per rules i have to withdraw the whole amount and then deposit the same in to their hdfc a/c with in due date, but due to some issues i was unable to withdraw the whole amount from any banks atm that is the only reason i didn't payback the amount and just to inform regarding the same i requested to mr. Deepak on whatsapp many times for a call back through his calling no. But he didn't called me and after crossing the due date i got call from mr. Deepak regarding due to amount pending we converted the whole amount in to emi now u have to pay extra (Roi), so i informed him regarding the whole scenario and then he forwarded my issue to his senior mr. Sameer gadodra. I spoke with sameer regarding emi/ loan closer, so he guided me to get in touch with cs team, now i did the same and cs agent myra khan guided me on call as ur card is blocked that's y u r unable to withdraw cash now it's unlock from my side now withdraw the cash and deposit so that our team able to close ur loan, i did the same and provided the deposit slips as a proof to them on mr. Sameer/ deepak mail id's as well upload the same on their app via cs ticket raised option. But now they all r asking me to pay extra amount for loan closer and harresing me since long time specially mr. Sameer godara and still i m waiting for my loan closer (Solution). Help me out please as i m facing lots of issues with thier employees and from stashfin too.

                        I have mailed my bank statement to one of the mail id of stashfin customer they didn't contact me after sending the documents nor picking the calls is that a fake or what

                          Actually i was unable to withdraw money from any banks atm under the due date and after that i withdrawal the whole amount and deposited too as per stashfin agents guidelines. But still my loan closer is not done from them and mr. Sameer gadodra/ deepak and cs agent myra khan not closing my loan and making fraud commitments with me. I am waiting for resolution since long time and i also requested for a call many times from their stashfin app but nothing happen, app also not updated. I am facing lot of issues with stashfin help me out and close my loan without any extra charges as they all r asking me to pay extra for loan closer and their cs agent guided me u just withdraw the whole amount and submitt the same else nothing to pay extra. So i did the same and provide all deposit slips and required details on sameer mail as well as cs ticket raised with attached files now they all r harresing me specially mr. Sameer godara.

                          I want solution as soon as possible and i don't want anything in future with them.
                          Hello Ankit I am one of the victim of Stashfin y dont we together fight with them?

                            Hello,

                            This is regarding my application seat[protected]. Has been accepted and the documents pick up and residence verification is done. Still waiting for the disbursement.

                            There is no one to help. Whatever numbers are given in the app or website and the numbers from which i got the calls are not working or the calls are being disconnected.

                            I have called, sent email, updated feedback on the app, but there is no response from stashfin.

                            If you are looking at this, please respond to my email or my application.

                            At least you can update the FAQ section with the turnaround time for approval to disbursement, so that the customer can be assured that they will get the money into their account within the turnaround time. There is no way getting bad in people's eyes by ignoring the basic courtesy of customer relations.

                            After updating in this forum, I finally got a call from Stashfin. They have asked me to provide the latest bank statement. I have sent and waiting for the acknowledgement. I have been told that I will get the approved amount in an hour or so. Still waiting for the account to be credited.

                            Again saying, "There is no way getting bad in people's eyes by ignoring the basic courtesy of customer relations". This is a competitive market and if you don't care for the customers, they will not care for you.

                            As mentioned on 31st they said that the loan has been disbursed, however, till date waiting for the money to be credited.

                            This is insane. Come on Stashfin, people have financial urgencies, that's why they come to you. Don't do such cheap activities.

                            Your chat executives say every time that in so and so hours you will get the money, but all those are false promises.

                              I have applied for a loan in stashfin and after 2days, i received a message that loan has been disbursed . But amount was not credited to my account and now they are asking me to pay Rs.2840 without any reason. And they are also Texting to my relatives about my overdues.I have not yet received the amount in my bank . This is the biggest fraud company . Thank God that i have reported my bank to block auto debit service from my account.

                                I have done a blunder by taking a personal loan (Reference id - sepk[protected]) from stashfin 3 month back and i sincerely regret it. Wish you had an office in hyderabad and i have come and fought with you.

                                First, the support number[protected] mentioned in you emails never works and your team does not have the minimum sense to change or remove it even after informing them that the number does not work. You can try making a call to this number yourself.

                                Secondly, my first emi has to be processed on 7th november which was not done by your system even though i have sufficient balance. I have received an email stating to pay the amount with additional charges. Does this make any sense why i should pay additional charges when you have an issue on your side? I made the payment through app the next day and on 9th november you # team processed the cheque i have handed over during the loan processing. And it got bounced as there was no money. I sincerely do not know why your team did this # when i have already paid the emi.

                                So my bank charged me a fine for cheque bounce and my cibil got # just because of you.

                                Coming to december, the same repeats. Your team does not process the payment on 7th, sends sms, emails to make the payment. I don't know what else your team does other than customer service. May be we should send stashfin team to nasa.

                                And again this month, emi is not deducted on 7th and i am receiving sms and emails to make the payment with fine. What the # # are you doing at stashfin? If you cannot run a company, please go back to us and do the same # job.

                                I think you are good at using the social media like yourstory, toi, vv circle to market stashfin. The same applies to customers who can spread the reality of your process which is messing up with our cibil scores and bring you down to knees.

                                  I would like stash fin. And i have two times loan in stash fin. But higher amount. Not until locked why. Please arrange stash fin team. Over due stash fin are repay so high amounts interest.
                                  I doubt stash fin are only small amount loan. Not high amount not realesed. Why, and stash fin team, customer service are very very bad. No one could not responding any question what is this nonsense. This not cbil improved

                                        I have a stashfin card where in i never applied for a loan from it still 2 lakh and 2 thousand rupees got disbursed in my salary account which i have already returned on the same day. Now i have mail where in i am suppose to pay an emi of more than 10, 000 every month for 24 months starting february.

                                        I spoke to ruth in stashfin on monday 24th dec 2018 and she advised that this will be rectified by wednesday 26th dec 2018 and i will get a call on this.

                                        I have not received any call after this conversation on monday, not getting any response from your chat team, ivr does not have a option to speak to anyone.

                                        I don't understand is there anything you have for a customer where in he can reach you for help or for a complaint.

                                        Let me tell you i have tried reaching your chat team more 15 minutes since wednesday 26th dec 2018 i have not got a single response as of now.

                                        Finally i spoke to sanya in yout chat team and she this will be rectified in 2 days.

                                        One thing is common i have spoken to three different people in stashfin everyone is saying it will be rectified in 2 days and nobody could resolved it.

                                        Stashfin worked at a good speed to get this card approved and they delivered it in a day. But when it comes to customer service stashfin is the pathetic company i have ever seen.

                                        Ivr does not have a option to speak to an agent.

                                        Chat team does not respond and after sometime your is automatically closed and then you need to start again from the beginning, they believe that their every customer is free for whole day for whole life and stashfin will respond if they would like you.

                                        They do not listen at all and will make false promises like they will resolve it in 2 days, they will call, these are all falsw commitments.

                                        God bless their new customers because old are already aware of their pathetic service.

                                        Assume a financial company without a call centre just the chat service that to useless.
                                        Looking forward to receive a response from on this issue.
