I have a loan ongoing with stashfin. The have mailed two month back your auto debit facility is enabled. But after one successful. I am getting the frequent email and message regarding the your enach is not honored. I have sent the several query and complain but i am unable to get any reply from them. Bank is telling there is no such issue from our end. Yesterday i have transferred the amount and convey the same to their customer support as well as to their mail also. But then also i am getting the same mail and warning. I am really fed up with their process. Please do the needful.
My reference no is seia[protected]. I am attaching the payment details also

Hi,
I am an existing customer of stashfin and i have had multiple loans, emis for which have bee. Paid timely. No bounces. I again applied for a loan two weeks back. After much follow up my stashfin card was loaded with the desired amount with balance to be loaded. But unfortunately my card expired the next day money was loaded.

I took a personal loan from stashfin (Basiclly i doweload this app for stashfin card & eventully they disbused this amount but now feel lucky coz they are useless) of rs - 1000, for that emi rs 1200 payable on[protected]. While i paid emi on[protected] but no record updated on stashfin app due to that they are continously calling & msg me, on app overdue charges are also showing.

I load my stashfin card (Rs.128000) from their app and as per rules i have to withdraw the whole amount and then deposit the same in to their hdfc a/c with in due date, but due to some issues i was unable to withdraw the whole amount from any banks atm that is the only reason i didn't payback the amount and just to inform regarding the same i requested to mr. Actually i was unable to withdraw money from any banks atm under the due date and after that i withdrawal the whole amount and deposited too as per stashfin agents guidelines. But still my loan closer is not done from them and mr. Sameer gadodra/ deepak and cs agent myra khan not closing my loan and making fraud commitments with me. I took a loan from stashfin last year and i paid all the emi on time. Every emi got updated on time, but in december, emi deducted twice and not reflected even once. I am getting daily sms and mails regarding unpaid emi. I sent many mails along with the bank statement but never got any reply. Not even refund. Please resolve this asap. Emi should marked paid till feb.

I have applied for a loan in stashfin and after 2days, i received a message that loan has been disbursed . But amount was not credited to my account and now they are asking me to pay Rs.2840 without any reason. And they are also Texting to my relatives about my overdues.I have not yet received the amount in my bank . This is the biggest fraud company . Thank God that i have reported my bank to block auto debit service from my account....

I have done a blunder by taking a personal loan (Reference id - sepk[protected]) from stashfin 3 month back and i sincerely regret it. Wish you had an office in hyderabad and i have come and fought with you.

First, the support number[protected] mentioned in you emails never works and your team does not have the minimum sense to change or remove it even after informing them that the number does not...

I would like stash fin. And i have two times loan in stash fin. But higher amount. Not until locked why. Please arrange stash fin team. Over due stash fin are repay so high amounts interest.
I doubt stash fin are only small amount loan. Not high amount not realesed. Why, and stash fin team, customer service are very very bad. No one could not responding any question what is this nonsense. This not cbil improved...

I have a stashfin card where in i never applied for a loan from it still 2 lakh and 2 thousand rupees got disbursed in my salary account which i have already returned on the same day. Now i have mail where in i am suppose to pay an emi of more than 10, 000 every month for 24 months starting february.

I spoke to ruth in stashfin on monday 24th dec 2018 and she advised that this will be rectified by wednesday...

one of your executive called me up that my loan is approved, and by evening my amount will be disbursed but after waiting for two days, when i call, i was told that my verification had been recd. negative.eventually no person visited to my place for verification.

I have not received the funds in my account and these guys has debited the emi, i have called these guys number of times and informed them there is no credit in my account but still they debited my account

Its a fraud company there is no contact details are available, you cannot approach them directly, nor they give you call, also there facbook account is also fake.. Its very difficult to locate them

I have taken loan of 25 k from stashfin and i have paid all emis except 2 that is only january and february emi we got a msg that again eligible for new loan so i asked to load the stashfin card with remaining amount of 18k but i have not used for single rupee also but again it is asking for emi of 9k for that loan i want to preclose the loan and i want to stop that emi that card need to close but no one is responding..
