I have inform you that. We have paid to you but you did not update on My Card, 3000 rupees Updated my Card Please check, screenshot but I have paid 66100, and please remove EMI from My Card because I have paid 66100 rupees, then why I will pay EMI

I’m trying from 15 days but not correct value updating on my card This is too much sir, Next Time i will drop mail to Cheef Of Stashfin

I request you all, whoever are interested to take the loan from stashfin don't apply it. Because it is really very ridiculous service & it is a fake company the people are fraud. I have taken the loan from stashfin and i have paid and cleared my loan then also this people call and asks for the payment and after making the payment also this people are sending the reminder emails and warning emails. If we call also they will not pick the calls and in this company two executives are there who are really irresponsibble "aarti" and "dia gupta". Dia gupta has suggested me to make the full payment and i have paid and again i got a call from this other lady who is "aarti" and she said in stashfin company no one is available on the name of "dia gupta". And now after making the payment more than one week then also they are sending the nonsense emails and i asked to "aarti"and she has blocked my number in whatsapp is this the way to behave like this with customer queries. So kindly be careful with this company. If i'm saying anything wrong means you can check this contact numbers [protected], [protected] for your reference they won't pick the calls and they won't give a proper response. I don't know who is maintaining this company the management is not good & this is a fraud company.

They have taken all my documents and I submitted my cheques too . but now there is no phone call nor any reply . i dont know if they may use this against me. I need to make a complain. I am now worried because they are not answering the call and I am getting hassled because of the false domcumentaion i have been asked to submit. the person who came to my house also now is not answering the phone. i need my cheques back. please help.

Hi, i have loan of 1lakh going on in my name from stashfin, a perfect option to have an easy loan and immediate support, but in terms of customer support services they are pathetic, any number provided on the site and in the messages are not contactable.

My first emi was on 3rd of nov, 2018, despite having enough funds in my account i have received an sms from stashfin saying that the emi has not been honoured, may i ask the reason behind that! If i was having sufficient funds in my account that time as well and till date as well.

I am trying to contact stashfin guys from 6th nov when i have got the message if dishonour but unfortunately unable to do so, thats why writing here, also i have verbally informed an employee of stashfin named ms. Raghvi about the isuue but till now no resolution.

I am making it very clear and would file a complaint in rti to know the reason for dishonour, if not resolved in 24hours, i am not gonna pay any penalty charges and also i would hope that this # will not be recorded in my cibil and shall not affect my cibil score.

I had applied for a loan of 3 lacks. 2 lacks was approved and I was asked to verify aadhaar number with OTP online. Then on the same day they approved my loan online and the next day the loan was disbursed with out any delay. The service was the best I had ever witnessed.

This month I received a message saying that my cheque was not honored and I have to clear outstanding dues along with applicable late payment charges. What they do not realise is that they had never collected a cheque from me.

I also read many complaints in many forums against this company. If an authority is reading all this then I would want him to take action against this company for misleading so many customers.

Lets not play around with people's hard earned money.

I just received my cibil report of nov month.in this report shows
1. Overdue of payment and
2. Late payment but in every month i have paid in advance and now i have clear my total outstanding amount i. E. 1, 00, 000
3. My approved loan amount is 1, 00, 000 but in my cibil report indicate 80000 by name of dmi finance.
Because of this reason my cibil score decrease by 114.

Iam trying to contact via email/chat/ call but there is no response

I have taken Loan card from stashfin and they have approved my LOC (line of credit) Rs 30000/-. I have Load my with Rs 10, 500/- and second time when try to use the remaining limit app says that I can load max Rs 500 more. I am using this from past 1 year I have never face such issue previously but now days it was harsment. No one able to contact on the number given on website. And we try to chat or raise a feedback on contact us option no cares. Today I had chat with 2 agents name Myra and Sanya I told them all my concern but there reply was that I am not eligible for the loan then I ask for call back and Sanya said with 1 hrs you will receive a call back and guess what no one called me. I am really disappointed with the service they are providing now a days. One company always try to grow and improve there services but you guys are degrading. Really Disappointed.

Company stashfin had a campaign in my company "concentrix daksh services india private limited". A card was issued to us and team entered a sum amount of rs. 260000 to my stashfin account. They said that i dont need to pay any interest. I did not had time to make any transaction. Now i am receiving messages that my money would be deducted including interest with that of emi.

This is very frustrating when we are misguided. I wasnt aware that this would be monetary fraud if no money is transacted. I am not even aware how to withdraw money. Your team did not specify.

Please look into this any interest would be painful that i never possessed. I escalate further if not resolved. I should be paying anything.

Very very very bad experience with this poor service company, i have cleared my all emi's but after 1 month my security deposit cheque not returned by them, not picking the phone, no reply of mail, They can misuse my cheques. My current loan EMI is paying on time but they foolish man send me reminder again and again and saying that EMI has bounced. EMI amount already deducted on date. So foolish people in the Company.

I applied for a loan in stashfin 2lakh and they approved 35k. After approved i submitted all the documents and they also verified everything twice. After 2 weeks they rejected my loan. Also when i called to customer service its always busy. Customer care no -[protected]. Who is collecting my document his mobile no - [protected]. My complaint is i told them 1st check what is the eligibility and its approved or not. If approved i will give all the documents. If it will cancel that will be impacted in my cibil score. But stashfin customer executive sahil told me your loan approved for 35k please submitted all the documents. After 2 weeks in stasfin cc are telling your loan disapproved. Once again my cibil score will affect for this rejection also they are taken my valuable documents and all the details. These frauds are grabbing all your valuable credentials in the name of giving loan after they are telling cannot process even after approved application

On 1st july my emi was auto debited, but on the same day i paid the emi directly it was a double paymnt for same emi. Ur ppl also confoimed that and said wou;ld update it or refund it. Its been 2 months, i almost everyday chat and complain to ur ppl. But no response.. Finally on 2nd they said it would be refunded in 4 days.. Npow its 10 dys again no respose.. Im fed up chating..
Ur customecare number doesnt work..

While collecting documents they are telling very good way to play the tricks to collect empty checks and make foolish customer.
As they told within 5 min you get amount but but it over 10days too you didn't get why because they are trickers..
I will share complete details their names and actual what happend.
Tomorrow im going to filing police complaint to who had discuss with me about entire techniq.

Don't use this app very worst service and also your civil very impact because his is not update your installment earlier and any doubt and if you you want talk with customer care so guys remember his customer care executive also busy and if you also think about a call back through his app so no one call you and also rate of interest very high and when you pay installment online also very high charges charged so guys please don't use this app and services

I applied loan on 16/08/2018 still i am not getting loan amount
I have submitted all documents and 3 singed checks
After approval also i am not getting amount
They people gives fake promise to costumers
Your costumer care are not responding well and they also give fake promise.
Totally this fraud company dont use this app

Worst personal loan nbfc company.

They charge very high rate of interest. They had approved my loan for rate of interest of 2.5% pm, but while giving loan amount they given at 4% roi per month without informing me.

Before giving loan they say that their roi starts from 1% per month. But they will give roi 2.5% to 5% per month.in mine case too they had told that roi starts from 1% per month, but given 4% per month.

They have yet not given me the personal loan approval letter despite that it is 20 days past from loan disbursement date.

They have processing charge, which is hidden, they don't tell any thing about it beforehand. And they deduct very high amount of processing charges from loan amount. There was not any processing fee told by them but they charged from me about 5 % as processing charge.

Even if you complain on their customer care, they will not act on your concerns
. They are not at all listening to customer concern.

I had asked them to keep my emi date as 10th of every month, as my salary comes on 8th. But they have kept emi date as 07th.

They are cheaters.
