Hi, I have written this email to notify you that since few days stashfin company sending illegal police case threats over email to me. Due to some of my financial situation i was unable to pay the loan amount to the company i already discussed with the grievance Team two weeks ago but still they are sending and emailing me cheap IPC letter against fraudulent an all. Kindly please help me out from this situation.

    Sir I have taken loan from stasfin 8000 which I have to have 10500 due to financial issue I can't pay but now i will talk to their coustmer and they said to give 10, 509 and overcharged will be waived off.and they mail me and chat me.and they said if you pay 10, 509 then we will close your loan and you get noc then I pay 10, 509 then they don't give me noc and charged me .pls help sir.i have proof .pls sir give me noc .as your demand I will give but you don't give me noc I have proof .pls give me noc and updated in app .unka name jyoyti bole the

        My registered phone number was [protected]..i mailed u guys with all details and my issue and that bank statement that no loan get credited bt still u are asking for 14000 for 1500 ..i know all my rights and ready to co-operate bt not that much amount...i m only liable to pay 1500 if this not the case i m ready for. All legal procedure with all proofs what i have. ...

          In 2020 i have make an account on stashfin bt no amount get credited to my account ..it was 1500 rupees loan what they are claiming ..later someone contacted me and i sent them my all bank statement showing no amount get credited by them still they asking for money ..i lost my phone and now they send me mail and putting charges of IPC and asking for 14000 approx ...which is not possible for me ..i tried to contact them bt they just send automated message ...i m ready to pay 1500 which they are claiming bt if not this case, thn i m ready with all legal procedure of defamation and mental harrasment

            I want to do do settalement of my loan. At Fist when it was only 4000 late fee, I wanted to pay, but the don't remove the late fee. Now I want to Sattelment my loan its become now 17000

              Trying to contact stashfin, akara capital from past 7 months to close the loan account number 3281475, thier customer care and Grievance calls are either unanswered or busy or they never call back, sent mail to them at [protected]@stashfin.com, grievance.[protected]@stashfin.com, backend.[protected]@stashfin.com no one reverts or replies to thier mail or calls, and on the other aide they keep on increasing the loan interest amount, Kindly call on [protected] to close the loan account number mentioned above.

                This is in relation to the loan account SESA[protected]. The loan amount was 1, 50, 000 and EMI 6697 for 30 Months. This loan account was closed in Sep 2021 received NOC as well.

                This loan account was split into 2 lenders DMI Finance (135000) and AKARA capital (15000) in CIBIL.

                In CIBIL, the AKARA capital account is updated as closed but DMI Finance account is still showing overdue amount of Rs. 5200+

                I raised a ticket 1098863 to STASHFIN customer care on Jan 12th, 2023 the executive who handled this ticket mention in the ticket that the updated details has been sent to Bureau the same will be updated within30-40.
                It`s been more than 45, still my CIBIL report is not updated. I raised another ticket 1169203 and there is no progress, they asked me to share the CIBIL screen shot I shared the same. I am getting email from STASHFIN every day that my ticket is being handled by STASHFIN executives and will get the response soon.

                Need to get my CIBIL updated with closure of DMI Finance account ASAP.

                  I m asking again and again for my loan agreement and I am getting legal notices on my mail.my previous number has been lost.also I will pay as emi only but after only I will receive my loan agreement with details.

                    This pertains to ticket #1176983. I'm unable to log in to stash fin and am experiencing an ongoing problem. I've attached a screenshot for you to review. I filed the complaint last week and have received no response from your end. I need to finish my EMI plan and maintain my CIBIL Score; if there is an issue with my CIBIL Score, I will not hesitate to file a case against your team. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and respond to this email.

                      I took loan on 2020 about 5k then i repaid just 900 RS i couldn't pay due to corona situation, my income stopped about 2 years, i thought will repay the last amount in next month but after that they charged my huge, i tried so many times to talk with them but they was so horrible so rude and now they charged me 33k and they send me a notice like i am a fraud 420 hacking all the rubbish things they wrote to that notice, i mean what the hell, i do have proof.

                        Dear sir/mam
                        I am Abhishek, my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com,
                        I took 6300 loan from this company and they only send me 5000 in my account. After that my financial situation is going bad.
                        I am unable to pay my loan. But they told me please pay small small amount and close the account but after give small amount they add heavy late fee. After that the loan of 6300 become above 16000 amount. And company hareesh me that they call my phone contact list and many more thing after that. They sending fir copy against me in email. How bad company this is. Please consumer court help me. Please waive off all late fee and give me some time to pay their money. And also i pay them 700 rupee to them. I attached all my proofs, Now they send me fir against me.

                          Last week I have applied for Personal loan in stashfin through pinnacle services. Now my loan got sanctioned but for the disbursement they were asking me to pay 2 months EMI now itself. Then only the loan will be get disbursed. I checked with stashfin they are saying for low credit score. We will ask to make the customer before itself. Is this really asking from stashfin. Or spam. Because I received the sanction letter from this mail id. [protected]@gmail.com. Is this mail id belongs to stashfin or not?

                            Hi this is Arvind Kumar Patel, i tried to took loan from stashfin in last 2020, i applied but i didnt receive the loan in my equitas bank account. apart from that they start asking emi for the loan for that i gave them my bank statement and they said ok, but again they asked for emi, i said samething again and rhey again said ok i send them my bank statement more than 3 times but till now its feb 2023 they are asking me for emi .
                            they harrashing me mentally as well as they called my parest and abuse them.

                                This is Amandeep singh registered mail id- [protected]@gmail. i have a loan of 1000 in Stashfin since 2020 i have agreed to pay 1250 as they have promised me to close it in the same amount but now whenever i try to open app and pay it shows 9657 so i am requesting them from multiple times to kindly waive off all the penality charges and let me close in 1250 and provide noc immediately i will pay but now they send me police complain in the mail apart from that i have never said no that i will not pay still they are not letting me close i will request once again kindly remove all the penality from the app and i will pay now

                                  Stashfin has provided me a loan amount of 1000rs and are asking me to pay rs.10000.

                                  They are performing fraud activities and have hacked my phone and are cheating lakhs of customers.
