Stashfin(akara Capital Advisors Private Limited) — Suit has been filed by the company in my CIBIL and there is a lot of negative effect and every day the CIBIL score is coming down

Respected Sir/Madam, I had taken loan of amount from Akara Capital Advisors Finance Limited Company through Stashfin App .At that time there was a pandemic disease like covid-19.At that time I lost my job but still I paid the amount 9315/-on 30/11/2021.But the company has not updated CIBIL And till now "suit file" has been done and at the same time a lot of negative effect has also been done due to which my CIBIL score has been very useful.But by stashfin company I had get "NO DUE CERTIFICATE(NDC)" and NON OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC).I am not able to take loan from any bank due to "Low cibil" and "suit filed".Sir I have mailed many times to stashfin company and also to cibil .But the company has not done any update yet, that's why I am in great need of loan and am not able to take loan.You are requested to take action against Stashfin and Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited Company. And the company should remove the negative effect and suit filed by you from my cibil as soon as possible.And the low CIBIL should be increased early so that I can take loan in future if needed.And clear CIBIL as soon as possible.Compiling the main loan account or payments se concert documents below:- (a) Trans Union Cibil report screenshot.
