Totally fraud app sir... approved amount 6000, disbursed amount 5000, repayment amount in total 6410,
Now it is showing after 4 months 10879/-
They are saying given complaint to joint commissioner of police new delhi
How can they go legally after blackmailing me like this
And money was disbursed without my concern...
How can i pay 1410 extra??

I have paid my overdue loan amount please remove suits file from my cibil score

Respected Sir/Madam, I had taken loan of amount from Akara Capital Advisors Finance Limited Company through Stashfin App .At that time there was a pandemic disease like covid-19.At that time I lost my job but still I paid the amount 9315/-on 30/11/2021.But the company has not updated CIBIL And till now "suit file" has been done and at the same time a lot of negative effect has also been done due to which my CIBIL score has been very useful.But...

Sir/madam,
I have taken a loan of Rs7500/- from Stashfin, whereby I had already paid Rs.9276.40 Nine thousand two hundred seventy six rupees (1000+1075+2000+1000+2488.20+1713.20) in earlier occassions.
I wanted to settle the amount therefore, I repeatedly mailed Stashfin about the same.One day, 29 Nov 2021 a person named Kavita no(protected) called me and said, I pay Rs, 1000/- that day itself the amount will get settled and I will receive my NOC via mail.
I immediately paid Rs 1000/- via link dated 30 Nov 2021, the person provided me via message.That day itself, all the screenshots, calls recordings are with me as evidence.
This person also took the screen shot
via Whatsapp app which I also have as evidence .
Day a faster Days, I am mailing them to resolve me NOC and to close the account, no such letter is given till date, and in return am getting threat messages everyday from mori to night.
sir/madam maine 7500/- ka loan 3 months ke liye (EMI Rs-3075x3 =9225/-)ka loan hota tha or mere cibil report mei bhi "Suit filled" kiya hua hai or "suit filled" ke saath saath cibil score bhi bhut low 371 points kiya hua hai, so please request hai mere iss loan account ko settlement kiya jaye or Cibil report se immediately remove kiya jaye or mere cibil score ko immediately high kiya jaye jiski help se future mein loan lena aasaan ho.Amount paid krne ki dates
