Dear sir, with respect, i would like to attract you kind attention that i am constituent of sbi soygaon br. (Sbin12509) bearing sb a/c. I had deposited a local cheque of bank of india for rs. 5000/- clearing purpose on 5/08/2017. At that time your clerical staff & br. Manager orally told me it will take a month to clear this cheque. As per clearing rules it should be clear within 2 or 3 days.
Yet, upto date neither any clearance nor any return of my instrument.
Secondly when i am maintaining sufficient bal.in the a/c, rs. 287.50 debited twicly on dated 10/10/2016 & 27/10/2016 resp. Which is unnecessary burden on my a/c.in this connection i have given in application in writing & oftenly approach to the bank by saying orally nor any response is given by branch, therefore i have to take step towards you for complaints the same. Pl. Look in to the matter at your end urgently.
