[Resolved]  State Bank — ppf account not able to track

I have opened ppf account on 2003 in state bank of india baguiati branch.

I had deposited more than one lac rupees from 2003 till 2006.
After that i was outside india for couple of years and went back to sbi branch on 2012, 2014 & 2017.

They didn't cooperate me that time and told pass book is old and it has to be converted into new one.
I visited the branch multiple times but no help from bank.

I visited last time in april 2017 and branch manager (Anand roy) assured me that he will help me to address the passbook update issue. Sbi system upgraded two times from 2006 but my passbook was not updated and not found in their system.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
