State Bank — Atm machine

Respected Sir,

I am writing this from sangareddy, medak dist, telangana. now iam residing in sangareddy junction (pothireddy pally x road). In this area 3 state bank ATM's are there, but it was closed / not working in every time since 2-3 months.Now banks are implemented new rules and we are not able to take money from accounts. the other banks ATM's also not working now a days.

First, they want to fill the amounts in ATM's after that implements new worst and irritating rules.

please look in to the matter immediately and take necessary steps.
