State Bank Buddy — My state bank buddy was blocked, pls pls give me a a temporary PIN

am using sbi buddy past 15 DAYS suddenly they are blocked my account i always access account failed.unable resend pin i raise complaint to gm through email today. customer care no always bussy i tired to phone 40 times they are not respond customer phones/ not solving my problem. pls solve my buddy account.
