My name is geo jose, i am taking fast tag via sbi, last three times your team wrongly deduct amount from my account. Their deducting excess amount from dated on[protected]/- inr,[protected]/- inr and[protected]/- inr in my account. Toll plaza authority double charge collected from my fast tag account, so instead of and giving me agony and mistrust on the system of fast tag.
We request the authorities concerned to immediately look into the above-mentioned issue and do the needful to revert the excess amount in my fast tag account.
