I preclosed my car loan in august however the emi is still getting deducted 3 months after this. I went to the sbi branch and complaint and they reversed the september months emi. Now again they have deducted for the month of october. They do not answer the phone calls. This is unacceptable.

It shows invalid card number, and never send otp i will dealing from abroad then also i submit regular complaint to branch but no action taken by them
