State Bank Of Bikaner And Jaipur [SBBJ] — misbehavior with customers and not doing entry in passbook since last 6 month

On 19.12.17 i went to sbbj rawatbhata branch and give my pass book on counter no 4 for entry my pass book they told me the same problem as they have told 6month ago that is unfunctioning of printing machine. From six month the machine is not working and the work of entery in passbook is not done. The operator also misbehav with me while asking when will this machine starts working.
