Sir I Herby informed you that my account number [protected] charged with Rs 1821 on March 20 th 2017 and still not refunded when I complain t at customer care and bank manager they tell me that it is system charged automatically and we are not responsible for it bank code sbbj0011461, it is second time, earlier on 26 November 2016 also charged 2 times for failed and successful transaction and it refund this amount on Feb 2017. Sbbj complaint authority and bank manager not cooperating with customer. Sir I harassed mentally and emotionally again and again. Please solve issue.
