This refers to my letter dated 22.11.2016 regarding medical bills amounting to Rs.7119.40 for reimbursement/payment under Domicil scheme. I have also submitted prescription and doctor's certificate for your perusal and doing the needful. Thereafter I have sent many reminders/emails latest being 4.5.2017.
Please arrange to reimburse/pay the bill and oblige.
