State Bank Of Bikaner And Jaipur [SBBJ] — not updating my form 15g

Dear sir,

My a/c number is [protected], & my account in sbi soorgaer branch.
I have submitted form 15 g on dated 02 nov 17. But till date it is not up to date. My fd maturity date is 10 nov 17. I have fulfilled all the detail in that form & handed over to your branch employee (Mr. Rajendra vaishnav.) but it's still not update & he is not giving proper response to me.

Please look into the matter & do the needful.
