State Bank Of India Fastag — fastag closure pending for more than 2 weeks - vehicle blacklisted

I have applied for closure of sbi fastag since i would like to transfer this to paytm, but this closure request is pending for long time and my vehicle got blacklisted. Despite many calls and emails to fastag help desk i am not getting any support or reply from them. Request you to take some action against this
