State Bank Of India Fastag Complaints & Reviews

I recharged 1500 in sbifastag but my balance isn't showing in my fastag. Although my 1500 rs debited from my bank account.
It showing CONFIRMATION AWAITED in transaction status in SBI Fastag page.
The customer care services isn't responding properly in that issue. They avoiding my calls.
How can i get my balance please help.

I have applied for closure of sbi fastag since i would like to transfer this to paytm, but this closure request is pending for long time and my vehicle got blacklisted.
