I had faced the same situation in SBI BANK in khadak pada Kalyan West Dist Thane.. PLease take strict action againt staff id[protected] mr VINOD BHEDALKAR... saying me ..jo UKHAD SAKTA HAI UKHAD LE.. TERA A/C DEKHUNGA HI NAHI...
is THAT BULL RESPONSE FROM A NATIONALISED BANK STAFF..
i SUCKS SUCH BANK & EVEN THEIR AUTHORITES..

    Imade a complaint on phone vide No. PA[protected] on 21-03-12 wherein I was told to contact my Branch i.e. Dharampeth Brnach of State Bank of Idia, Nagpur, where I am hold SB. A/c. No. [protected]. On enquiry they told me that they don't know anythng about the case and adise me to contact SBI, Centralised Pension Processing Centre , Nai Mumbai. Thane. I wrote a letteer dt. 23-04-12 addreesssed to the Manager, CPPC, Thane regarding the complaint .
    Reised Pension has been sanctioned to me vide CPAO, New Delhi Letteer No.[protected]/883223/A5 dt. 15-02-12 addressed to CPPC, SBI, Thane and copy to me.
    Eeven after approaching through letter I am not getting any response from CPPC, of SBI, Thane.My address is gien below:

    State Bank of India — Non receipt of pension arrears

    Dear Sir,

    I am a Pension holder (EX-AIR FORCE SERGENT). I am drawing pension from State Bank of India, Bazar Branch, Dimapur. I have received 40% arrears of pension on account of revision of pension as per Central Govt. VIth Pay Commission. But I have not received the remaining 60% so far.

    My PPO No. is SC/325/83.

I made a SBI AD policy in April'2016 at SBH Vikrampuri Branch, Secumderabad. the amount of Rs.1, 000/- deducted from my account, but the policy is not received sofar. please furnish the policy status to my cell or email.

        I had opened a PPF account in state bank of india Gangasar Road Bikaner Branch in 2008 and in 2009 I submitted an application in State Bank of india Bazar Branch Chhapra for transfer my account as it is my home town. The account was transferred and I started deposits. Now after 2011 The Bank is not updating my deposits due to system computerisation. they tell me that that your cif is not transfered from Bikaner till date. I visited the bank ( Bazar Branch Chapra ) So many times and everytime they ask me to go to Bikaner for transfer of CIF.

        Transfer of CIF is the matter of banks and no way the customer shoud asked for the same. I need assistance for the same.

We received the PPO from State Bank Of India in June'2011 but pension amount and dues from Sep'2010 have not been credited in her account so far. We have followed up several times with State Bank Of India, Prashant Nagar( Branch Code[protected], Hyderabad branch but they do not seem to know the reason and the manager there keeps asking us to wait, we do not know the reason for delay till today. Please help in receiving the pension, thanks

            I R.Vivekanandan, having SB Account with MK University Branch. Madurai, Account no. is [protected]. on 22.09.09 I tried to withdrawn the amount Rs.500 from ICICI ATM Hyundai, Chennai factory premises. At that time I got network error message, after some time I tried again and successfully I withdrawn the amount Rs.500. Instead of debiting amount Rs.500 amt. Rs.1000 has been debited in my account.
            For your information I have attached the last two Transactions, 769 is successful transaction and 768 is failed transaction.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that I am regular user of your Net Banking Facility but recently unable to access your both the websites www.onlinesbi.com and www.statebankofindia.com causing enormous difficulty in handling my fund.

              The error message displayed “The website declined to show this webpage”. This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

              It is pertinent to mention here that there is no problem in accessing any other website.

              I would therefore request you to take up with appropriate authority to resolve the issue.

                The SPELLING OF MY NAME is printed WRONG on the card.

                Instead of ABHISHEK PAL, it is printed as ABHISHEK PAI on the Credit Card. Please send me a replacement card as soon as possible as I am not able to use the card.

                Hi,

                Before 25 days back i was applied one sbi gold and more card. Which i received on last staturday (i.e. 07.07.12). After opening the packet i saw, my name is wrongly spelled in the card. My name is BHAGYASHREE PARIDA, but its printed like: BHAGYASREE PANDA, the spelling is totally wrong. I need to replace this, else i can't use this card. Please send me a replacement card as soon as possible as I am not able to use the card.

                Expecting fast reply from your end as it is very important for me to use the Card as soon as possible.

                    dear sir/madam,
                    i am again with same problem of not receiving statement on time and imposing penalty for that. day before yesterday executive called me for payment and assured me for not imposing penalty but insist to call in customer care and told to send a person to collect the payment at my office address. i didn't able to connect to customer care because of congestion and till writing to this complaint, nobody came to me to collect the payment. today they again called me with due payment of last month and this month both!!!!!. because delay of action, this month payment has got added in my dues.

                    this the fault of that bank and because of their mistakes i am to submit the 2 month payment with penalty. when they call for payment and assure for not imposing penalty, why the same person execute the reversal process of penalty???!!!!! they tell us to call to customer care and customer care phone line gets busy or congested many times.

                      Dear Madam,

                      I have an account - Account number - [protected], IFSC Code: SBIN0009985.

                      I have issued a cheque of Rs. 60,000/-, Cheque Number - 700142, dated 26th May, 2006, to transfer the amount on my overseas account. But the amount was never transferred to my overseas account.

                      The banker have noticed last year that the amount of Rs. 60,000/- against the above cheque was deducted from my SBI account on 14th June, 2006, although the money was never transferred.

                      After further investigation, they have finally deposited back the original amount of Rs. 60,000/- on 9th July, 2011 in my SBI account - [protected] (from where this was originally deducted).

                      In this respect, I think - I should get the interest amount for last 5 years on this amount of Rs. 60,000 as the money was never transferred although it was deducted from my savings account.

                      I have given several mails/letter to the branch manager, but the matter have not yet been closed.

                        18.04.12 loan manager, branch manager talk to me personal loan intrest is 15% . after loan suctioned i see my personal loan interset is 17%. between two gap the branch manager changed but loan manager(kunal kumar) still now.when i saw my personal loan interest is 17%, i talk to loan manager(kunal kumar).kunal kumar was miss behave with me.
                        tell me you are a lier. presently i am employee of tata steel.my salary a/c is corporate. branch manager toid me company corporate a/c will be closed.

                          I used my atm at a pnb atm near shivpuri chowk, ludhiana. I entered the amount and machine asked me to wait for the transaction to complete. But as I waited for around 3 minutes, nothing came out of the machine. So I cancelled the transaction and made another of the same amount. But when I checked my mini statement from an sbi atm two days later. The balance has been deducted twice for the money I received only once. Kindly tell me how can I get my money credited.

                            I tried to take Rs 15000/- on 02-May-2012 at 20:15 from Andrapradesh,Hyderabad,Nagloe - 2nd ATM
                            after submitting the complete transaction details I didn't get the amount from the ATM messine instead of getting money i got the Response Code 059 when the time of withdrawal. But i tried to check my Balance by taking mini statement it shown me that the amount cut from my savings account.Sir kindly Reimburse the amount to my Account as soon as possible.

                                    1. With due respect, I submit that I am a customer of your bank branch having SB A/c No -[protected], transferred from SBI,DODHAR ALI, MARIANI, JORHAT, ASSAM, PIN- 785634 on 13 Sep 2011.

                                    2. On visit to your branch during Oct 2011 for deposition of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) I came to know that my account has been erroneously returned/transferred from your branch to SBI,DODHAR ALI, MARIANI, JORHAT, ASSAM, PIN- 785634 during Sep/Oct 2011, as stated by bank employee according to records.

                                    3. Also, refer my application dated 18 Oct 2011 to transfer my account to your branch (SBI, Jeori). Again on 03 Nov 2011 after updating my passbook it is noticed that my ibid account has not yet been transferred to SBI, Jeori inspite of my application dated 18 Oct 2011. Also, refer my applications during Jan 2012 and Feb 2012, which were faxed to SBI,DODHAR ALI, MARIANI, JORHAT, ASSAM, PIN- 785634.

                                    4. A sum of Rs.200/- (Rs. 100/- + 100/- ) (Rupees Two hundred only) has been debited from my account against transfer charges of account on 13 Sep and 23 Sep 2011 as well as Rs. 25/- has been debited on a/c of inter branch fee for depositing Rs. 5000/- on 04 Oct 2011.

                                      I am Meena.R, i have applied for sbi bank clerk examination on march 2012.i could not download call letter within he given time period bcoz of out of station.now it is showing that last date is over for downloading call letter.plz give me the solution to collect my admit card.

                                        Hello Everyone,

                                        I am writing this mail in great disappointment. I was using SBI credit card for 8 yrs now and never defaulted on my payments.Due to my spending on the card SBI had upgraded the card to Platinum.I came to know about this when I was out of the country.

                                        I mailed to SBI customer care requesting them to send the card to when i come to India for a short visit. But to my surprise they informed me that its their company policy that they will accept request only thru phone and email request are not entertained.

                                        After upgrading the card they have cancelled my old card which I was having in my possession. So in short I never received my new card and my old card is in cancelled stage.When i visited India in April 2012 I called customer care and requested for the card.. They informed me that it will take 5 working days to dispatch the card.As I couldn`t stay that long i asked for any other alternative to which the customer care executive denied.

                                        Seeing the arrogant attitude and no helping nature from customer care executive I asked her to cancel the card which she was happy to do .I think SBI has not changed much in their attitude towards customer. They put Gandhiji's poster but behave opposite to what the poster says.

                                        Its my request to all , please be careful with CREDIT CARD as they will follow you till grave to get the money but will not help you and avoid solving the issued by saying "Company Policy" doesn't permit.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am Pankaj Trivedi Manager Operations in one of the leading Web Hosting Company at Rajkot, Gujarat.

                                        Months back some local sales rep contacted me to offer some scheme of Credit Card of SBI, I let him give his demonstration and thought to apply for the offered Credit Card.

                                        I finished whatever formality was required to apply for a Credit Card. Submitted all necessary documents including my ID Proof, Residence Proof, Office Proof, Salary Proof etc.

                                        After submission of all the documents they initiated the telephonic verification of my phones at Residence as well as Office. That was followed by the physical verification of my Residence and the office. They also inquired about me at my office in my absence. Everything was fine with me and I considered as part of their standard procedures and I fully cooperated.

                                        After 15 days time a courier guy came to my place - in my absence to deliver the Credit Card and demanded my presence and my ID Proof. My wife is also doing a job so she was also not present at home at that time, so my 10 year old son called me to let me know about that courier. I talked with that courier guy and let him knew that all required formalities with regard to verification had been finished and he can delivered my Credit Card to my mom and obtain her signature.

                                        He straight away refused and rudely demanded my presence and my ID proof, and told me failing to which he will not deliver the Card and would return it to SBI authority. All my request went to vain and he went away without delivering the card.

                                        There after I have contacted SBI people several time to delivered my Credit Card that is already issued in my name, but nothing is coming out. Of course I do receive several intimation on various schemes launched by them from time-to-time. :-)

                                        I am not writing this because I am desperately waiting for my SBI credit card but I am writing it here so that people can know that even before issuance of the CC if the management of SBI is acting like a deaf and dumb then what would happen if its client faces some genuine issue in his/her financial transaction while he/she has used their CC. BEWARE of such management.

                                        This is the state that i received a telephonic call from the courier company regarding the confirmation of the address to deliver the credit card to my residence, the waybill No. beairng SB[protected] [ CALL RECEIVED ALMOST 5 DAYS BACK] but as of today i have not recieved the same.
                                        Pls make sure that it will reach me at the earliest and wil not be misused by any others.
