icici bank has presented stolen cheque of our coustomer Dr Bhavana sb account holder of our branch on 25/02/2015 the cheque was presented the same was passed since the cheque was in order the same was passed in CTS clerint

when the coustomer visited the branch for pass book entries the coustomer has complained that Rs 103000/- chq passed on 25/02/2015 was not issued to thumma karunakar reddy of icici bank -hyderabad

we tried to contact icici bank hyderabad branch for the past 1 week
the phone number provided by icici bank is only phone banking services and we are not able to contact the branch or the vigilince department of icici bank and mail sent to icicibank.com and icicibank.co.in was returned as the same is not geninue kindly take up the matter with icici bank
