I have purchased a product from amazon amount 1299. Some after day i cancelled this product, amazon send me mail and show me my refund initiate with reference no.#igafwhesm7 But amount is not credited my account I have called many times in sbi customer care center but they didn't understand my problem and force me to this is not our problem, they advised me to amazon customer center, I try bothe customer service but my problem not solved Was this information helpful? | |||
