State Bank of Patiala — my scholarship has not come in account due to transaction limit of jan dhan account

Sir, my name is srijan mishra i am studying in nitra technical campus, ghaziabad and having a saving a/c in ghaziabad, navyug market branch no. Is [protected]. This account is under jan dhan scheme therefore my scholarship of 56600/- was released by institution but not credited in account due to credit limit. I have requested branch officials many times to change my account from jandhan scheme to normal scheme but they asked for local address proof, my institution is ready to give proof of address but officars are denying to change the scheme on techinal grounds. Sir my family is in severe financial crisis and without scholarship my education is suffering therefore i am requesting to you that please change my scheme, i am attaching screenshot of failed transaction for your perusal please.
