[Resolved] State Bank Of Travancore — atm card not delivered

Hi i am sunil thomas i have account([protected]) in sbt court road alappuzha, kerala. It has been more then 2 months passed and I have not received my ATM card. I made query to concern bank but they just told that it is issued from Mumbai and they are helpless. ATM card is suppose to use for quick withdrawal of money at any time but I cant avail this facility because I am just waiting for my atm card.
