State Bank Rewardz — Money spent not refunded

My sbi reward user id is:[protected].

I have booked bus ticket in 20th January, and in this transaction i had paid Rs.359 through my debit card.

This transaction failed & bus booking not completed.

But after that, reward points used is returned back to account but debited money not.

In this regard i had approached sbrewardz call center several times. Every time call center executive given solutions in next 7-15 days.

Till date nothing happened and my money not credit back.

Hello sbi team.. I have a order date or 13 January I order steel bowl set by my reward points but I have no delivery till now date on 14 March.. I do complain 2 times.. But I have no information no confirmation.. Very poor policy very poor bank this is a fraud. . I do complain in police station and sbi head department.
