I have purchased resonate~routerups~cru12v2~power~backup~for~w!-f!~router~ (Black) on 19th may 2020 (Mail subject-your shopping receipt date :05/19/2020 order number:[protected]. But they have not delivered it till 22 june, citing the covid situation, however other ecommerce companies are delivering within time. So i have asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount and which they have not processed it till now (23 aug). Last received below message from them on 6th aug:
"dear sir
Your refund request has been received and transferred to refund department, you will be refunded asap."
Every week i am sending 2-3 mails on refund status but no reply from them or receiving same reply as before. Was this information helpful? |
