[Resolved]  Stayfit — Cross trainer DE15A

Address:Stayfit Health And Fitness World Pvt Ltd, A-13, Dr. AS Rao Nagar Rd, Lakshmipuram Colony, Rukminipuri Colony, Kapra, Secunderabad, Telangana 500062 .

I've visited A.S Rao Nagar branch on 20/11/21 and purchased the cross trainer DE 15 A and it got delivered on 22/11/21 and installation was done on same day. After one day I am facing an issue with it lot of noise on 23/11/21 . I called to showroom it fix the issue and technician cam on 24/11/21 to fix issue and told issue got fixed after I used it same day evening again same noise issue, I get the old stock product. Again I am requesting to fix the problem or replace the product. They did not provide warranty card same I asked they said some it the box misses warranty card, after few days replaced with new product but for that product also same issue I called them on 17/12/21 they visited on 20/12/21 and still they did not fix the problem first they told that fixed right side rod issue and later there is another issue for that they took Barings from the wheel and it is expected to be complete by 22/12/21, but I called many times they did not pick my calls. Last one month literally I'm facing same problem they will not pick calls nor respond, please take an action kindly provide my amount back.

Again after repair also same issue. In a less than one month 3 times same issue.

Please do provide resolution permanently. Please test product before sending. As I faced same issue thrice in a month.

Hi Statyfit,

As I requested earlier to check/test the product before sending to a customer. Today stayfit team visited again with a replacement but as per my request the product not checked I purchased at store 'Cross trainer DE 15 A' but today I received another model 'DE 15' and also damaged body of the product. Please find it in attached image for the same.

Again your Hyderabad manager/head named sreedhar reddy forcing over the phone to take damaged and other model DE 15 and he promised me over the phone before sending the product we will check at the store but it not happened.

As I purchased DE 15 A how can I take other product. He is saying both are same if both are same why there should be different product numbers ? Why he is arguing with me, I've the problem you people in responsible way to solve my problem.

I refused damaged and other model product and once again I'm requesting you to send we the working/tested "DE 15A cross trainer' only.

After using new product I is far better than previous products, I hope I should get good service as well without creating new problems.
