Dear Sir/Madam,
We do hereby seek Grievance Redressal at Appellate Authority / Stayfit Management Team.
We had purchased a new motor from you to replace our faulty motor of the treadmill.
We have paid Rs 4500 to your esteemed organization for the service rendered and stayfit service technician installed/replaced a new motor during the month of March 2020.
As per the company policy we were promised a warranty of 6 months.
We would like to let you know:
• That, the new motor worked for barely 4 months.
• That, we have filed a complaint about this issue within the warranty period.
• That, the stayfit technician attended and took away faulty parts and issued acknowledgement for the same within warranty period.
• That, we had sent several emails/placed several calls regarding the grievance but all efforts were in vain.
We tried to work with people at every customer service escalation matrix such as customer care, level 1 escalation and level 2 escalation, they denied us to cover warranty and demanded another Rs.4500.
It is further submitted that the above said act on your part has caused great loss and damage besides health issues (without exercise as the machine was not working), trauma, inconvenience and money loss.
In such facts and circumstances, as stated herein above in the present Grievance Redressal, I, as a consumer of stayfit, do hereby call upon you the addressee, replace/repair the said services (treadmill motor) immediately.

We noted your concern, and as we discussed we are resolving your issue with technician team for that we required your pcb again in our service center, for that we assign technician to your place tomorrow and by monday (14th feb) as we committed we resolve issue or we replace pcb with new one thank you for your cooperation in advance.
