We had sent a courier from Salem to Chennai. it has been 4 days since we sent the courier. The thing is, the courier has not been received so far. I'm the only who will receive that courier. while I was checking courier tracking status, it's shows as delivered. I was shocked and I have sent an email to stcourier helpdesk. they have replied back along with an attachment over the email that courier has been delivered with receiver signature. To be honest, I haven't received that courier so far and I replied to them so, helpdesk team suggested to call helpline number and raise the complaint, and I did it. helpline customer care said without any hesitation delivered person might have signatured himself that's not our fault and we would take complaint and deliver this courier to you.
my question is how they had signatured themself even that courier wasn't delivered.
