We had sent a courier from Salem to Chennai. it has been 4 days since we sent the courier. The thing is, the courier has not been received so far. I'm the only who will receive that courier. while I was checking courier tracking status, it's shows as delivered. I was shocked and I have sent an email to stcourier helpdesk. they have replied back along with an attachment over the email that courier has been delivered with receiver...

Very much annoyed, With the service i have ever met in my life
Can any body help me!!!

I had booked a consignment bearing ticket number [protected] sent from yelahanka new town, bangalore 560064 on 24/05/2018 to chennai to the address o[censored]nited india insurance company limited, b/o purasawakkam, 21 raja annamalai road, chennai 600084.
On enquiry, i am informed by the consignee that they have not received the document till date.
I am i however informed by the booking branch of your courier service that the document has been delivered
Please advise the correct status.

I have booked an important courier on 14/12/2015 from ambattur thro' stcourier to velachery and it is yet to be delivered till date [19/12/2015] TAG NO. [protected] very poor service. I have booked one box containing 4 pockets of which on delivery one pocket opened & contents were removed and empty pocket found inside the box. The booking No.[protected] from Coimbatore to Hydrabad. The main box was also damaged in such a way @ Hydrabad they could not deliver for want of pod or Booking NO. Before booking they gave lot of assurence. kindly look in to the matter.and see that custamer the things are taken care.
