Stellar Group Stellar Jeevan Project. I have put my all hard earned money in my first home. After almost 5 year of tension now project is complete.But still stellar is showing arrogant . They have done false promise of 12% late penalty which they want to give customer but now they are forcing customer to take possession without completion certificates. From their side they even charged interest on 1 day late payment. Transparency is false.Every time they are telling lie about completion certificate.Also there are multiple issue we are facing like Construction quality, completion certificate, specification of room size not meet, forcefully one sided agreements before possession, don't know how to talk to customer only good till you don't buy property from them after that they will show the real colors. The Stellar Jeevan builder only demands for Money, but when it comes to services, its very very very poor. They have standards only for Talk, but actual they don't have. They don't have any Safety related system in their Projects. Their construction quality is damn poor. Their Sales Team has no etiquettes to talk specially Mr. Saraswat (Project Site) and Ms Shikha(Office). Whenever we complain about any damage, they have only one solution to all the damages i.e White Cement Apply. seepge Issue, Tile Issue, Door quality Issue(seems like we don't live in a flat, we live in office)...Its completely a gold plated Project i.e Inner filling is of Brass, covered with a layer of Gold. After paying so much hard earned money, I felt very bad by the treatment of Stellar Team. I never defaulted on payments still received defective flat. No Satisfied. Everything is Fake here. Worst ever project i have seen in my life. Wont suggest anyone to buy property in this fake project.
