Stelling Technologies Private Limited — Payment processed by IRCTC to this company but not credited in my bank account

I booked a ticket through Railyatri on 12th Feb 2024 which was in waiting, on 13th Feb that ticket was automatically cancelled and I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 1555 as per Railyatri and IRCTC norms. The refund of Rs 1555 was processed by IRCTC on 14th Feb to Stelling Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It's been 5 days and no amount has been credited in my account yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
