I booked a ticket through Railyatri on 12th Feb 2024 which was in waiting, on 13th Feb that ticket was automatically cancelled and I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 1555 as per Railyatri and IRCTC norms. The refund of Rs 1555 was processed by IRCTC on 14th Feb to Stelling Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It's been 5 days and no amount has been credited in my account yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Kindly look forward that my money was deducted but not booked my the train ticket of Rajdhani by Stelling Technologies pvt ltd @Rs. 1283/- dated 11/2/2024.

Money debited towards rail yatri booking app but didn't receive ticket

22day ho chuke hai abhi tak mere peise nahi aye mere account me please help my payment refund

Cancelled ticket against pnr no.[protected]. but till date We dont get refund.

My two transactions of Rs. 1080/- each were wrongly debited by Stelling Technologies Pvt during 24th April '2023 when I made a reservation with Rail Yatri App. However, one transaction credited in my account of Rs.1080/- on 26 th April''23, but another one transaction of Rs.1080/- still is pending.

I had booked 2 tickets from RailYatri but due to train got cancelled. On IRCTC starus shows refund was sent to stelling technology ltd bank but till time amount of Rs. 2841+2841=5682/- not credited in my source account (Debited Account) and showing that amount has refunded in Sterling Technologies Pvt.Ltd.

Our refund has not been processed in our bank account yet for the ticket which was booked on railyatri.
On checking on IRCTC enquiry office they told it has been processed by them on 10th july22 reference number[protected] but we haven't received it yet.
Refund amount should be ₹ 4760.

My ticket was in waiting. But could my seat was not confirmed & henceforth was not travelled. I have seen the Refund status of 2310/- was made on 28th Jun'22 by Stelling Technologies Private Limited but I have not received refund amount into my account.

I also tried to approach Stelling Technologies Private Limited but could not received any contact details. So request to please help me out to get the refund into my account.

And my they have confirmed they will do the refund amonut 3260.

I had booked 1 ticket from NDLS to SBC for train journey on 11th June 2022. But due to wait listed the ticket got cancelled automatically. As per the notification of railways an amount of Rs. 2415/- should have been credited in my account within 3 to 4 working days ..Today I made complain in 139 i.e. Railmadad but I got the answer for them that refund is processed from Stelling Technologies Private Limited so I had to raise my concern to this company. I booked 3 ticket from railyatri but ticket was cancelled due to wailting list IRCTC refund the amount rupees 405 not credited in my source account (paytm) and showing that amount has refunded stelling tecnologies private limited on 24/April/2022 but it haven't recieved the amount to my paytm
