Step Services — Laptop service

Dear Sir,

I want to complaint about Step Services which is providing laptop service.
I am staying in Chattarpur New Delhi. I was looking for laptop repairing service, so I called just dial and ask for such companies near by Chattarpur. I got call from Step Services's representative (named Amit). He came to my home and checked laptop. As per him, Laptop is heating and keyboard is not working and might need to replace keyboard. He said, Its requires repairing by his company's workshop/engineer to repair and it will be returned by next day or by Tuesday and carried my laptop on date March 06, 2015. Some one from company called me in evening and said need to change keyboard, FAN etc and expected bill was Rs. 5000. I asked to get my laptop back. But he said he will do it in Rs 1500. On Tuesday, Representative bring my laptop along with bill invoice (Invoice No 13502). As per invoice, keyboard is changed and did hardware and software service. I checked my laptop nothing was changed/replaced. It was working like it was earlier. I called company and informed same. They argued more. Once I shown my signature on all parts ( I signed on all part of laptop in front of company's representative ), they accepted that they has done mistake and they will service again will return on next day. Representative again bring my laptop with him. I called to company multiple time today (March 09, 2016 ) and came to know it will be deliver by 2 PM then 4 PM, 6 PM ... Now I calling to company, No body is picking my call.

I got misguided and wrongly treated by company. They are charging for nothing.
